22: Our 100th Day Celebration was on February 20. We had a lot of fun counting out our snack to equal 100 pieces. We also really like our "prizes" that we had to also count 100 of. We put 100 candles on a cake and tried to light them all but it got too hot! Every time that we walked into the classroom we had to count by 10's on the number path.
23: Mrs. Knapp filled the gym with 100 balloons that we had to pop. We jumped, stomped, and sat on every one until we had popped all 100! | And Dexter joined us on our walk back to the classroom!

25: We enjoyed pillowcase races, Flashlight tag and playing 10 in the bed
26: More fun with the Letter Pp! | Puppets, picnics and parachutes
27: Grandparents Day
28: Our trip to Peace Valley Park was fun! We learned a lot of interesting things and saw frogs, turtles, and salamanders. | Our guide even played some games with us!
29: Even though we had a really fun time on this trip, we were really worn out from all that walking! | Some of us more than others!
30: The Spring Egg Hunt
31: And in the Spring..... | we learned about bugs. We went on a bug hunt with magnifying glasses. | we hatched a praying mantis egg case and released them into a field.
32: EARTH DAY We learned about reducing, reusing, and recycling. As a special show and tell, the kids had to make something out of recyclable materials. They had to show it to the class and tell us about what materials they used to create their masterpieces
33: There were a lot of fun and creative ideas and the kids were very proud to show their projects. Thanks moms and dads for making this a success!!!

42: We celebrated the end of the year with a western themed party. We played horseshoes, panned for gold, played with a real laso, rode "horses", and had a few relay races
