S: Rodney & Cookie - The 1st Six Years
BC: After almost 7 Wonderful years together. I know we only have more joys and adventures ahead of us. I cannot wait to share them all with you! Here is to at least 80 more years Baby! Love Cookie Jean
FC: It Started on our very first true date. Spring 2005 A trip to Missouri: Branson & Springfield. | The Story Of Us (so far!)
1: I guess in truth it began with Rodney's preparation for the 2005 Southern Placement Exchange. Rodney did well there & we went out with some colleague's to Bealle Street.
2: Then a group of us went on A spring Break trip through Mississippi, Louisiana & Texas | We went to a pow-wow, found a random place on the side of the road
3: Called Spaceship Pegasus. Played some disc golf, & checked out the Alamo. | A whirlwind through Natchez, (Rodney & Bartlett ate at Jack in the Box in Baton Rouge) - Houston, Austin, San Antonio & Dallas
5: The Alamo was Fabulous, so neat and smack in the middle of downtown San Antoinio. It was used as a warehouse and almost leveled to make a parking lot. But it wasn't. We ate at the Riverwalk and got to see my friend Matt from Clemson.
6: We Got Engaged! October 2005 | We went to Boo at the Zoo in Columbia SC the Week Rodney Proposed. (Left picture is from the day He asked and I said yes!)
8: We spent our 1 year anniversary (of dating) at Silver Dollar City in Branson We bought our lovely blue glass bowl from the Glass Artist there.
9: We were blessed to be given so many bridal/Couples showers. Black Family - Aunts My Work - Mary Black Risk, Review, and Publicity UCA Department of Housing - Ray Owens Buffalo United Methodist Women & Rodney's Church Ladies
10: As part of Rodney's Graduate Program, the class went to Europe to study other Cultures & Diversity
11: Specifically: The Netherlands Germany Belgium & France
12: December 30, 2006 Our Wedding
14: We spent our wedding night at the Inn at Merridun and had an equally wonderful farewell breakfast their with family and friends. We drove to UCA and unloaded the last of my stuff, spent the night and then headed to Branson to stay at the Chateau by the the Lakes. Despite the city being mostly closed for the season, we enjoyed many things including the Titanic Museum and the Toy museum.
16: We started married life in our Arkansas Hall Apartment at the University of Central Arkansas. Rodney was finishing his Masters Degree while working as a Graduate Hall Director.
18: We took advantage of Rodney's SEMO interview
19: Spring of 2007, we managed to see some cool places and do some neat-o stuff all while Rodney worked towards Graduation and we did his initial job search | and went to St. Louis. Later we did Memphis & Branson

21: We Moved To Western Carolina University
22: Rodney Was Very Popular! | He Went to Conferences, went fishing in the OBX, and was a constant fixture at RA and RSA programs
23: I did some Fabulous Glass Arts. Stained Glass & Glass Blowing
24: With Rodney's Encouragement I went back to school and finished my Master's in Education in 2010.
25: In 2009 - 2010 we went to DisneyWorld, moved to Reynolds Hall. In the Fall we traded Rodney's truck (Bubba) to buy our Ford Mustang (Lola) and we went to Christmas at Silver Dollar City with Jackie & Roger.
26: For our Anniversary in 2010, we went on the Candlelight Tour of the Biltmore Estate. It was so great, we ended up buying season passes. We went on the Butler's Tour over MLK weekend with Stephanie and Chris. The Springtime Flower festival twice, the Franks' came and went with us once). For my Birthday, we went with the Black's and did the Architects tour - On the Roof!
28: 2010-2011 we went to Clemson SC, Gaitlinburg TN, Charleston SC & of course Williamsburg VA.
30: In the spring of 2011, Rodney took a job at The College of William and Mary in Virginia. So, we Moved to Williamsburg VA. Surviving not only the move, but Hurricane Irene, a freakish 5.9 Earthquake and a trip to Washington D.C. - all in the first 6 months
