1: I am going to show you the types of situations that might cause stress ,the ways your body might react to the stress, the consequences of being stressed, and ways that you can prevent stress from having a negative impact on your life.
3: At school both teachers and students have their own problems to deal with and they often worry about not being able to get things done and then it starts to stress them out.
4: A lot of times parents get hard on their kids only so they do good and because they worry about them. But they are unaware of the stress this puts on their child. Epically those parents that push their child to the extreme to get good grades, some just push to far and when the kids gets that b they start freaking out.
5: Parents also get stressed out from their kids just as they stress us out. They worry we may make big mistakes and don't know how to handle ourselves responsibly
6: Relationships sometimes cause us to stress out due to disagreements and arguing, or just things not going your way. This can make your relationship bad from having too much stress and you take it out on one another.
8: Being stressed can make you feel worried, restless or feel down.
9: Working while stressed can cause you to work at a rushed passed or complete your work and it turns out poorly. Although stress is something that is in your head the effects temper with your physical actions and is unhealthy. | While stressed it becomes harder for you to get things done and make things feel like they are taking forever.
10: A way you can help make your stress go away is by doing fun things you love to do or get somewhere relaxing. Go to the beach and have a nice swim or just lay there on the soft sand an tan away that stress. You can also work out to help get out some of your frustrations and also get fit while doing it.
13: Sometimes all you need is a nice relaxing massage to get the stress taken out of you and so you can be happy.
