Dear Mrs. Hensley, I want to thank you so much for being a part of my life. We have made so many memories together. I cant believe our time is coming to a close at St. Dominic's School. You have been such an inspiration in my life. Thank you for an amazing year with drama, show choir and cantering. I also have to thank you for the lollipops after masses that I took for my extremely long walk back to ILA. I had so much fun with you at St. Dominic's, and will always remember and cherish all the memories. My favorites were learning to squeak on the violin, liturgical dance on Thursday mornings, being Berta Healy singing ‘You're Never Fully Dressed without a Smile,’ and then landing the part of Gracie Stanley all made my time with you so much fun. From the Nifty Fifties to the Little Mermaid, I had a blast! Next year, I will miss seeing you everyday. Thank you so much for all that you have done for the school, and I will always keep you close to my heart. See you at church and have a “Nifty Fifties Day!” Love, Allie DeLuca (Class of2013!)
Dear Mrs. Hensley, Thank you for all of your time and hard work that you put into our plays and show choir shows. Love, Taryn Turnbach (and Kami too)
Dear Mrs. Hensley, Thank you for all the hard work that you put into the music department for our school! The years spent here have been great! I have always loved music but you helped me grow. One memory I will always have will be playing Mike T.V. in Willy Wonka. It gave me a great feeling of being in show choir and playing all these amazing parts. I would also like to thank you for choosing me as a cantor; it has been a wonderful experience working with you and all the girls. I will never forget my spent here and I will never lose my love for music because everything you have taught me. Love, Erin Dye

When I first started, I did not know how to get into character, but after the first few weeks of practice I knew how to be scared, excited, happy, sad, angry, and surprised. Being in show choir this year has been such a pleasure. I am always happy to go to show choir because of YOU! YOU make show choir fun and always put smiles on everybody's face. Love, Olivia Parlow

Dear Mrs. Hensley, (The Best Music Teacher in the world) You have been there since the beginning for me. I still remember the entire first period choir classes every Wednesday. Throughout the last ten years you have taught us to grow not only within our musical talents, but, within our true selves. You always remind us that if we put everything we have into our dreams, we will shine bright like the stars. My best memories are in the music room during recess. You always know how to make me laugh. Through your encouragement we have all grown in our talents. Still because of you we improve every single day. You impacted me in a way I will never forget. You are an unforgettable woman and teacher who can do about anything. These memories will stay with me forever. I will definitely miss you! Thank you for all you have done! Love, Marjorie
Dear Mrs. Hensley, Thank you so much for all your time and dedication you give to the Drama Club. I have really enjoyed my roles from a "napkin" to "Evelyn Weber". These memories will stay in my heart forever. Love, Sammy Fondonella | Mrs. Hensley, Thank you so much for all you have done during my years at St. Dominic School! I remember how excited I was to join the drama club in fourth grade, and how I was still excited for my eighth grade performance. I’ve done a number of performances here, including Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Willy Wonka, You've Got a Friend in Me, The Wizard of Oz, and The Nifty Fifties. I had a blast performing in all of those productions, and they wouldn't have been as successful without you. The St. Dominic School drama club was an experience that I will take with me forever. I will miss it and you next year! Thanks again for all that you do. God bless you, Kerry Kitrick Class of 2013
Thank you for all the work you put into the plays, both Drama and Show Choir. It helps me get through the year without really freaking out! It's amazing to me how much time you put into ALL of the music departments. It really shows how much work that you put into the church/school. It is wonderful that you put so much time into all of the music programs at the school and church and still stay calm! I don't know how you do it! Always remember to “Go with the flow!” ~ Victoria Sparacello

Mrs. Hensley, Thanks for being a great guide for us in show choir this year. I had so much fun and a lot of laughs. One of my favorite memories was when we went to the nursing homes and sang Christmas songs to the elderly. My favorite song to perform was “It's Beginning to Look A lot Like Christmas”. You always push us to try harder and you do so much for our school and our parish. Thank you!!! Emily Gondek 6A
Dear Mrs. Hensley, Thank you for making the performing arts part of my journey here at St. Dominic's the best it could possibly be. I have made so many memories at school in one room, the music room. Or it could be called the dress up room, the loud room, the dancing room, singing room, playing room, or the fun room. The music room was always the best room. From a napkin in Beauty and the Beast, a lobster in Alice in Wonderland, and doing Godspell I have had so much fun. Debuting with my first theater microphone in 7th grade, I had a blast in my favorite show! I was proud to be a part of Annie Jr. as Tessie, The Nifty Fifties as a fifties girl, and The Little Mermaid as Sebastian. I thank you for every minute of it. I truly loved helping you out all these years because this is what I love to do. I can't believe our time together is coming to a close! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for every recess spent in the music room, every Thursday morning in Liturgical dance, teaching me so much, all the plays, and just making the performing arts part of the school so much fun! I will miss you very much next year and you will always have a place in my heart! Love, Julianne Lutz
The Music Room was always the best room!
