Some of the features of this apartment is central air, disposal, central heat, extra storage, large closets and a dishwasher. | Standard of Living
9: This apartment comes with one utility which is gas and water so i wouldn't have to pay for that every month I would however have to pay for power each month which would be $125. For entertainment at home I would hook up Netflix to my smart TV. Having Netflix would cost me $8 a month. For Internet i would use the AT&T. This would cost me $20 a month. 11: I was able to buy all this stuff with the graduation present my parents gave me which was $2000. Also i plan to put aside $75 for both house and vehicle maintenance so i am not stranded somewhere. I would like to put aside $100 to go out and have a good time with friends
18: Budget Reflection
19: I spent most of my money on my home because i wanted to have a nice apartment that was comfortable. I spent the least amount of money on savings because after all of my expenses I didn't have a lot of money to put into it. When I made my budget i didn't overspend because there were no unexpected expenses. I did have extra money form my graduation present which was around $200. So since I wouldn't have as much money in the next month I wont be able to save as much. So I might have to save money in my budget else well so that i will have money in savings to pay for emergencies like my car breaking down or house catching on fire. When I prepared my budget i learned that things aren't as cheap as I thought they were. I expected to have a lot of money left over at the end of the month but i only ended up with $15. Another thing that I didn't expect was having to choose a different car because the one I chose was to expensive. The easiest thing about this project was putting all the information that i already had into the mixbook. The hardest thing about this project was planning how I would spend my budget and how much to spend on the different categories.
