2: The Early Wright's Grandpa Cecil & Grandma Thelma (Hall) pt: 1965 (L) Kentucky Cecil was a minister. Thelma passed away from cancer not too long after this photo was taken. | Grandpa Cecil later married. Popov & Kathryn pt: 1983 (R) Kentucky | My Notes The thing I remember most is that Grandma could cook up a storm in the kitchen. Her southern breakfasts still linger in my memories. I do not remember much about Grandpa, we never visited often enough. I remember he was a minister but only by reputation.

3: My Father Larry Dean Wright Born 3-24-1943 Hi Hat, Kentucky pt: 1954 (L) | My Notes The stories of my father are mostly of his stubborness as a child. By all accounts my father was very self-confident as a boy. He loved to fish, hunt, and enjoyed sports.

6: The Glaser's Grandpa Kenneth & Grandma Louise (Hendericks) pt: 1983 (TC) 1999 (TL/BR) St. Petersburg, Florida Kenneth was a factory worker and Louise was crafter. Grandpa later passed away not too long after this photo was taken (R). | My Notes What I remember most is that Grandpa was a firm man and Grandma was a very patient woman. He loved to play golf in any form and she loved her crafts whether it be pottery or knitting or the like. The both had a profound affect on my life and I am thankful to them for that.

7: My Mother Miriam Elizabeth Glaser Born 9-18-1941 Batavia, New York pt: 1946 | My Notes My mother was a survivor, although early on in life she would best be described as niave and innocent. My mother would also be described as determined and therefore in spite of her innocence she faced life head on. My mother taught me to survive, she is my hero!

10: My Mother | Airmen Glaser US AirForce pt: 1960 | SMSGT Ross US AirForce pt: 1986 | My Notes I was unaquainted with my mother during her military service. By the time she had me she had been Honorably discharged from the military. She later re-enlisted into the USAF after I had left home. She attained the highest rank the military had to offer an enlisted woman and while working and serving she was also able to obtain her Bachelor's degree. My mother never quit in spite of all the difficulties she faced.

11: My Hero | My Notes My mother always made sure we had a home, whether it be with family, the church, or a small apartment; she always took care of us.
