S: Seasons of Change

FC: Jamie's Poetry

Cicquan | Country Sunny, green Giving, feeding, warm I hope I'll always live here Home

Sun Warm, kind Covering, brighting, blinding Sun is always warm and lovely Bright

My family So big, so close Visiting, loving, giving A lot of people, but one heart Deming

Lymric | There once was a short old man He was very tan This man was just found His hat kinda makes him look like a clown Now I can name him Stan

Acrostic | Sleep in No homework Often don't happen Warm and comfy Don't have to get up early Always amazing Your happy

Ode | Ode to Christmas When you see the lovley lights Of greens, reds, and whites You know it's Christmas time When you hear Christmas jingles And your skin begins to tingle The scent of pine The decorations are devine | When you get rosy cheeks And children dash with squeals and shrieks When the young and old sit in front of the fire and come together To get away from the cold weather Hot chocolate with marshmallows Jolly fellows Christmas carlers sing with delight Christmas is such a sight

Ode | Ode to the cloud People are wowed So fluffy and light Where airplanes seek flight Up in the sky No need to cry Everything is care free That's where I want to be Full of wonder There isn't a blunder None are the same shape I love the way they drape Joining, mingling, colliding streaks Freedom is what it seeks They embrace the sun Their works will always stun

Free Verses | The best time of the year No school, three months of fun Swimming, sleeping, hanging with friends No plans, meeting new people along the way Summer is the best | Frozen days When nature stands statue still Cold hands, cold feet Haven't hears a bird sing The sun shines through a frozen haze Sad days, cold days When will it be Spring?

Advice Poem | My grandma is so wise She tells me how the real world is, nothings a disguise Keep your mind up through thick or thin That's how you win Try to be nice to everyone, There's enough evil in the world hun She'll always be in my heart We'll never be apart

Sonnet | I really haven't experienced love yet I thought I had, but it was just a crush Love is the most delicate thing ever set one day I will find a love thats pure lush You never forget your first "love" thats true There will be many that come and go But lots of memories stay with you There will heartbreaks, but friends help though | There is so much to learn, but so little time Keep your loved ones and your wildest dreams Love is a hard thing to copy, like mimes It's the strongest feeling you have, it beams So love like you never lost a thing Live life to it's fullest as if a king

Ballad | Its hard to wake up When the shades have been pulled shut This house is haunted Its so pathetic, everyones in a rut I'm ripe with things to say The words rot and fall away If a stupid poem could fix this home, I's read it everyday The anger hurts my ears Rather than fix the problem they never solve them; Been running strong for fifteen years It makes no sense at all I see them everyday We get along so why can't they? I'm left with nothing to say If this is what they both want whys there so much pain?

The old williow is a friend to me This is the best tree there will ever be While it sways it creaks It seems to speak When I am sad, I look up to it with hope after I look at its beauty; I stop to mope Sitting under its huge stretching arms Keeps me out of harm | Imagery

I miss the sunshine The warm breeze against mine I miss the starry nights And all the sights I miss the late night walks Theres no need for clocks I miss not having a care Riding my grandma's mare Most of all I miss Summer what a bummer | Poem

Cold Empty nest Spring arrives, new life takes wing Keen vision soars high | Haiku

Jamie Shy, joyful, sarcastic, and weird Sibling of Josh and Taylor Lover of Ramen Noodles, Blink182, and trouble Who feels bored, tired, and lonely Who needs money, time, and exercise Who gives everything, nothing and something Who fears boy bands, failure, and the future Who would like to sleep on the floor in Japan Resident of the third blue and green planet from the sun Deming

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. | <3 Grandma JoJo <3
