1: I hope that spending time in nature with you will help you to develop a love for the world around you and become more active. By spending more time outside, you will start to develop a more creative state of mind. Bonding in nature will help to create a better attachment between us. Playing will help you adapt to different life styles. I wish that interacting with nature will help you better in life with stress management and control. With unstructured play, you will be able to have self-regulation and be able to respond to the world around you better. Learning about the history of plants and animals in the area, will hopefully help to develop a sense of empathy and curiosity as well as sensitivity towards nature. Cooperating with your peers will help to develop trust.

2: Let Create a Nature Book! | From every place you visit, you can make a page or pages to remember what we did.

3: As you grow, hopefully so will the book we create. | Collect: some different color leaves Flowers Feathers Photos Post cards Other thing you would like to add

4: Read about the silly chicken who learns to speak and how easily he misleads the people in the town he lives in. Also we get to learn how to speak some Spanish. | Read books from International Children's Digital Library

5: What would you do if you met a talking animal? | Would people in Harrisburg believe a talking chicken? | What would you say to a talking chicken? | Where would you run if a chicken told you that the world was going to swallow everyone up?

6: Walk to the library | We can walk to the library and along the way look at the different plants and animals that are there.

7: When we get to the library were can read about plants, animals and bug of all shapes and sizes and see is any of the animals saw along the way are in the books. | Make sure when we are walking to the library you are always holding someone's hand and looking bother ways before crossing the street

8: Lets Go for a Nature Walk | We can explore the trails at WildWood Park. Look for different plants and animals that live here. | After we are done exploring we can go to the nature center and learn more about some of the plants and animals that were spotted.

10: Visit the Zoo | Let go to Lake Tabious | Admissions Park: $5 Safari: $5 | Hours of operations May to September Saturdays & Sundays, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Memorial Day to Labor Day Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. October Saturdays & Sundays, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. | We can learn about animals the animals they have. While there we will be able to learn about the history of the some animals and where they live.

12: Lets Go to the Museum | We can go to the State Museum of Pennsylvania. | Let's visit some of the Curiosity Connection area, like farmland and living forest. Let's learn about the stars in the planetarium.

14: Lets go to the Whitaker Center | We can visit Forces of Nature, A mind-blowing examination of how weather and geology affect planet earth. We can visit some of the interactive exhibits, like move it, fly it, and solar powered car. We can also learn about some of the forces of natures while we are here. Then after we can visit the IMAX and see a nature movie such as Born in the Wild.

16: Go See a movie at Imax | We can see one of their Documentaries | Prices: Adult $9.50 Child (3-12) $8.00 Student (with ID) $8.00 Seniors (55+) $8.00 | Located at the Whitaker Center | For a Rainy day

17: We will have to look up the times for the movie before we leave. | Then after we can visit the IMAX and see a nature movie such as Born in the Wild.

18: Picnic | We can go to the park and have a picnic with nature. or when we go to the zoo we can have lunch with an animals

19: You can go to Hoffer Park. walk along the river, but be careful not to get to close to the water.

20: Look for some animals | Lets go out and look for different animals in the area. | We can go outside two different times of the day and see what different animals are out at those times.

21: Critters of the DAY! | Ants Bees Dogs Cats, & other animals | Creatures of the NIGHT! | Raccoons skunk possum fireflies & other night animals

22: Let go out and draw what we see | Lets go outside and draw different plants animals and creepy crawlies we see.

23: Lets explore technogy | we can go out and take photos of nature and create a story of their life or of what they are doing

24: Stay Safe and Healthy | Always wear bug repellent to prevent bug bite. If you are bit by a bug put ice on it. | Don't eat anything that you don't know what it is unless your told it is fine to eat | Don't talk to people you don't know unless Your with an adult you know and they know the person

25: Always wear that is SPF 15 to 30 sunscreen to prevent sunburn. Make sure you where a hat outside in the sun, too. If you are sun burnt use aloe to sooth the burn. | If a storm blows in don't go under a tree or in shed. Don't take shelter near water or any metal objects.

26: "leaves of three let it be." Don't touch certain plants in case they are poisonous | Make sure to always hold an adults hand when crossing the street of walking though a parking lot | Don't put anything in your mouth that isn't food | Healthy and Safety Continue

27: Leave wild animals animals along. Don't play with animal you don't know. If are bit by a wild animal let the nears adult, you know, know. | Make sure you are wearing right clothes for the weather, like a coat in the winter, or a baseball cap in the summer. When you are playing outside wear closed toed sneakers and make sure your laces are tied.
