FC: Fighting for Those Who Can't Speak
1: "More than 250,000,000 animals are killed in labs every year, with an average of one dying every sixteen seconds.
2: Some are collected by “bunchers, who steal dogs and cats from backyards or elsewhere.
5: Investigations show that companies such as this one have been attaching thousands of ticks onto rabbit's shaved bodies and leave to gorge for 5 days. After 2x of this painful procedure, the rabbits are killed.
6: These poor animals cannot speak up themselves so they are relying on the electorate to save their lives.
9: CAP fieldworkers rescue local animals directly by crawling through sewers, poking through junkyards etc in order to get them to safety. | RESPONSIBILITY
13: The organizations SNIP and CAP have partnered to transport and neuter animals in order to prevent them from being victims of animal testing.
14: Organizations behind this cause are constantly going into the poorest neighborhoods to deliver food, toys, and doghouses to animals that have never experienced a kind word or touch.

17: In 2008, a new requirement was passed for scientists using animals to test their products, which gives them more guidelines to follow. In order to do animal testing, one's research plan must be approved by IACUC. | Meow
18: A glance at the history of animal testing reveals that it is extremely unreliable; frequently providing results that prove to be about as trustworthy as the flip of a coin.

21: Humane Societies globally have come together in order to launch the HOP TO IT campaign. This was designed to urge companies to eliminate animal testing. This is done by making it more difficult for them to use animals by requiring them to prove there is no other way to test their products.
