FC: Jen + Travis Engagement

2: The Story
3: On Christmas Eve, 2008, Travis gave Jen a present to open. But this was no ordinary present, it was very large. You could probably fit a small child in it. Having no idea Travis had planned this for months (and even went to my father for permission), Jen unassumingly opened her size-of-a-small-child box. Inside that box was a medium box....and fluff. Fluff like old newspaper, bubble wrap, paper shreds, that kind of fluff. After Jen took out all the fluff and opened the medium sized box, she found a small box. A small, heavy box. Inside this box was a brick. A brick. "Gee, honey, thanks for the weapon," Jen said sarcastically, assuming this was all a gag. Travis smiled. "It's not just a brick. Turn it around." Jen flipped it over. It said "Will you?" And when she looked back up at Travis he was on his knees, and said "...marry me?" Now.... People have asked if Jen screams or cries at this point. Let me tell you, I never screamed. I cried like a little baby. I cried like there were wells reserved in my body for this. There must've been, because I didn't stop the entire night.

10: We have changed over the years, but the sparkle in your eyes is as bright as ever, and my love for you is even stronger.
15: It doesn't matter where you go in life, or what you do ..... it's who you have beside you.

25: “The most wonderful of all things in life, I believe, is the discovery of another human being with whom one's relationship has a growing depth, beauty, and joy as the years increase. This inner progressiveness of love between two human beings is a most marvelous thing; it cannot be found by looking for it or by passionately wishing for it. It is a sort of divine accident, and the most wonderful of all things in life.”
