My Dearest One by 2pac There R no words 2 express how much I truly care so many times I fantasize of feelings we can share My heart has never known the Joy u bring 2 me As if GOD knew what I wanted and made u a reality I'd die 2 hold u or 2 kiss u or merely see your face my stomach quivers my body shivers and my heart increases pace 2 give me $ or lots of gold would not be the same 2 me I prayed and watched the distance stars and finally u came 2 me!

I like this poem because it's one that most people could relate to if they really and truly cared about someone. I also like how he wrights his poem's. They are not perfect, like no punctuation and not spelling words all the way out he just puts down the stuff that comes to mind. I really enjoy the stuff he wrights about because its everything not just on thing and you can almost always relate to his work. www.edison.mpls.k12.mn.us.com

What Do You Do When He Looks at You? by Sara Holbrook For sure, if he is looking here's the rule: Stand tall, inhale and tummy hold, then try to sneak a peak but still maintain your cool. But subtle, private, ask your friends to spy. Adjust your belt, fluff hair, and moisten teeth, then stall, turn back, search purse, and check phone. Don't panic or betray your knees are weak. Don't mope or look pathetic when alone. Don't burp or scratch your nose or pick or pull. Don't be a tramp, but you should show some skin. Don't wolf down food pretend that you are full. And look so int'rested, just not in him. These rules are set in concrete. Don't ask why. You have to follow them, OR... just say, "Hi."

I like this poem because it is cute, funny, and very true. I say that because it is just cute and funny but very true because I believe mostly every girl could relate to this because I'm almost positive this has happen to them at least once. I personally love the whole book that I got this poem out of because every poem is so true and funny. http.//books.google.com www.picmac.com

Thinking Of You by Anganiesha Gilliam I wonder if you wake up at night Thinking about me like the way I do you. I think about your smile and how you make me laugh I appreciate everything you do We spend time together you make me feel good I told you that you had the right things to say Baby you are my shining star and I'll always be your sunshine Do you think I want it any other way

I like this poem because I can relate to it. My reasoning is because the words of this poem have ran through my head before about someone. I am sure many people could relate to this poem to. I also like it because it rhymes almost but not really and it does not really follow the rules to poetry. www.dreamstime.com www.beliefent.com

Love is... by Lisa Nichols Love is the butterflies I get when together, The shivers I get down my back with a slight feel of your touch, The smile upon my face when I think of us. Love is staying up all night on the phone, Coming over when I am alone, Cheering me up when I am down, Loving me even when I am not around. Love is that amazing feeling, Especially when I share it with you.

I wrote this poem because this is what I felt with my first real relationship. I guess you could say my first true young love, even though we are not still together I still think about him. I love this poem because it shows and tells exactly how I feel about the love I had for the boy. www.examiner.com www.myspace.com

Spring to love! by Lisa Nichols The season Spring, Reminds me of love Cause the flowers are the prettiest Almost like looking at the one you love The rain is beautiful but sometimes dark and depressing Like when you cry when happy in love or cry when heart broken Last but not the least Spring comes and goes Just like the people you met and love But if they really love you they always comes back No mater what just like Spring Falling in love is just like springing in to love with an amazing pretty flower.

I wrote this poem because Spring is my favorite season. It may not make much since but I understand it. And thats whats fun about poems is trying to figure out what they are trying to say. Photos by Lisa Nichols
