FC: My Story | For Allie... | By: Noah and Julie DelConte

My Dearest Allie, | Hello My Love. I know that you are very ill, but ever since I have been home alone while you are in the nursing home, I have decided to make you a scrapbook. Although I already have a black notebook with our love story written in it, I wanted to make a book with pictures and famous memories of ours that I will never forget, and I hope you will not either. This scrapbook begins from the very first time that we met, and ends with pictures of us from today. I hope you get to see this and hopefully this will bring back memories. Remember, I will always love you Allie. | Always, | Noah | April 20th, 1995

October 1940 | "I'm not going to let go until you say you'll go out with me." | You were the most beautiful girl I had ever seen since the very first second I saw you. | LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

When we were dancing in the moonlight in the middle of the street. This is one precious memory I will never forget. | February 1941

This is where we made love for our first time in my abandoned house. | March 1941

 "IF YOU'RE A BIRD, I'M A BIRD." | August 1941

As happy as could be, but sadly, this was the day your parents made you leave me and move away. After that, we broke up.for our first time. My heart felt like a piece of it was missing. | September 20th, 1941

After you left, I was a complete mess. And I wrote you this letter: | My Dearest Allie. I couldn't sleep last night because I know that it's over between us. I'm not bitter anymore, because I know that what we had was real. And if in some distant place in the future we see each other in our new lives, I'll smile at you with joy and remember how we spent the summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and growing in love. The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds, and that's what you've given me. That's what I hope to give to you forever. I love you. I'll be seeing you. Noah | September 21st, 1941

Your new fiance, Jon. | Allie: Why didn't you write me? Why? It wasn't over for me, I waited for you for seven years. But now it's too late. Noah: I wrote you 365 letters. I wrote you everyday for a year. Allie: You wrote me? Noah: Yes... it wasn't over, it still isn't over. | September 21st, 1942

I waited for you ever night and day by the lake. Just hoping you would show up. | October 1942

And finally, the day you came back... | November 4th, 1942

...was the best day of my life. | November 4th, 1942

This is the nursing home that you live in today. I read to you stoires everyday of our memories, just hoping your Amnesia will go away. | April 1995
