FC: Frank & Julie

1: Dear Friends, As you begin the journey of finding just the right family for your child we pray that God will provide you with the answers you are searching for. We have so much admiration for your strength, selflessness and courage. The love you have for your child is forever. We will continue to pray for you and your family during this time. We hope you will turn to God during this time as He will be guiding all of us through this journey. We look forward to building a relationship with our child's birth-parents and their families. We feel it's important to build a strong trusting relationship with you and a bond that will last forever. We are excited to begin our family. We have a lot of love to offer a little bundle of joy and are looking forward to the laughter and pitter-patter of little feet in our home. Our entire family is beyond excited and ready to welcome you and your family into ours. We hope this profile provides you a glimpse into who we are. Our friends and family are praying for you also and we look forward to meeting and getting to know you. " Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans." Proverbs 16:3

4: Live well, laugh often, love much | Home/Community: In 2006, we purchased our home where we wanted to raise our family. We chose a smaller town that had a gated residential community, great schools, a neighborhood filled with kids, a community pool, several parks and a family fun atmosphere. A typical day in our community is filled with kids riding bicycles/skateboards, families walking their pets, people jogging, people barbecuing, swimming and playing in the parks. Our community is patrolled not only by our local law enforcement agency but also by private security. We are fortunate to live only 20 minutes from work. | Reasons we're adopting: We have always been excited to start the next stage of our lives and raise a family. We discussed adoption plans early within our marriage and made it known to each other that children were a definite in our future family planning. After several unsuccessful years of trying to have a child as well as several unsuccessful infertility treatments, we realized that God's plan for us was to pursue adoption all along. We are extremely excited to be given the opportunity to provide our unconditional love for a child and raise a family. | Finances: Our finances are secure. We are blessed to both have secure employment. Frankie has been a police officer for over 10 years and Julie has been a Police Clerk in law enforcement for 11 years. Over the course of our relationship, we have planned for future goals to include being financially responsible to raise a family. We know the importance of saving for the unexpected occurrences that seem to happen to all of us. We also make sure to spend within our means and set finances aside for the family fun days. | Childcare Plans: Our work and financial security will allow us to take as much time off as needed. Our 4 days on and 4 days off work schedule is unique and can be arranged to allow at least one of us to be home each day to care for our son or daughter. Our parents and some of our extended family also live about 15 minutes away and will likely be babysitting if/when then need arises. The grandparents are always looking forward to spoiling the grandchildren. | Our thoughts on Open Adoption: We are very excited to open our hearts and lives to having an open relationship with you. We are flexible with decisions made in regards to visits, exchanging letters, pictures, and phone calls. You and your family will be welcomed into our family. We look forward to meeting and getting to know you. | Our faith: | Our Christian faith is important to us. As we continue to educate ourselves about God's word we look forward to raising our children with strong Christian values. We attend regular church services and look forward to the day when our children will be active in church with us. Our church has an exceptional youth to adult ministry.

8: We met in 2004 through a mutual friend while Frank was stationed in southern California serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Shortly after he returned home from active duty we began spending time together and began dating. It didn't take long to realize that we had become inseparable. We dated for 4 years building an amazing friendship and strong relationship, as we continued moving forward into our careers and saving to build our first home. In 2006, we purchased our home and the building of it started shortly after.. We were excited to moved in on Valentines Day 2007. Though we knew we would spend our lives together we continued moving forward with new goals in sight. On Christmas Day, 2007, Frank proposed and Julie said, "Yes." In 2008, we married and will be celebrating yet another wedding anniversary in the coming months. We have had 8 great years and continue to build a strong foundation in our relationship with God and each other. We continue to set goals for our future while we focus on starting our family. We strive to be awesome parents and role models. We can't wait to start this new chapter with a son or daughter and have the opportunity to be a mom and dad. We feel blessed to have discussed adoption early on in our relationship prior to knowing God's plan, as if it was some way God was preparing us for this journey. Family, friends, co-workers and people we had never met began praying for us and providing amazing support! Adoption is not unfamiliar to us as Julie's cousin was adopted from Alaska as an infant and has been a blessing in our family for 21 years and counting! We have several friends who have also adopted children and they have been a great source of support to us. We look forward to this new exciting chapter in our lives. Frank & Julie | OUR STORY.....
