“We had an opportunity to allow our hearts to respond to the teachings we were receiving. We prayed and committed to be better leaders so we can transform our work places as well as the whole world. In this training, we had leaders from around the country from different regions. People prayed for one another and asked God to unite us and make us one people for the glory of His Kingdom.” - GLS Leader, Tanzania | Africa
“The Global Leadership Summit in the Democratic Republic of Congo came at the right time. It was a time of reflection and meditation after two years of political issues and fighting of rebels and militias” - GLS Attendee, Congo 2012
“Praise and thanks be to the God in Heaven for having given me this great opportunity to attend the GLS. It has equipped me so much. I can now boldly stand in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to take up leadership positions, and by the grace of God, lead where I am.” - GLS Attendee, Sierra Leone 2012
"...as a professional Christian woman, this [Condoleezza Rice] session has greatly inspired me to see that I too can grow to greater heights, while leading where I am, and maintaining my status as a Christian." - GLS Attendee, Kenya 2012

"The one thing that the Spirit has done in my heart more than anything else is to take all the fear, anxiety and doubt I had about my ability to lead and replace it with confidence, vision, and the hope and assurance that what He is calling me to, I can accomplish. My hunger and thirst for the things of God are deepening because I know I can't do what He is calling me to do without Him." - GLS attendee, Cambodia | Asia
"God used the Myanmar GLS to gather leaders from different denominations, tribes, languages, and races, including some Chinese pastors. This is the first and only leadership training event in Myanmar able to hold such a gathering. We think that God used this event to create a platform for leaders to gather in peace and pray for unity in our nation. It also helped leaders to change their perspective towards servant leadership; this is such a paradigm shift for leaders here. We had a sense of God’s favor and anointing as leaders gather; it is both historical and empowering to us." - GLS Leader, Myanmar 2012
Christian leaders in India are confronted with extreme poverty and daily persecution, as only 2.3% of the population calls themselves a Christian, while 80.5% are Hindu, and 13.2% are Muslim. Christian leaders in India desire to bring the Summit into their country to encourage and equip leaders with resources to continue to bring the message of Christ into their communities.
"Many Indian church leaders literally risk their lives and property in order to follow a Kingdom calling, so any and every encouragement they get from events like the GLS is precious to them."
"Riberalta, Bolivia is a small town right in the middle of the jungle of Bolivia on the border with Brazil, 95 degrees Farenheit, 95% humidity. 130-140 people attended the GLS here, experiencing the Summit for the first time. They were so engaged with every session, clapping, laughing, praying...It is an amazing thing for them to experience a world class event like the GLS coming to their small town. Which is a town that no one remembers, no one visits, has no events, no visiting preachers, nothing...but the GLS was there. I cried to see people in such poor condition receiving life from the Lord through the teaching of the GLS." - GLS Leader, Bolivia 2012 | Latin America
“After the first year I attended, I came back inspired and started implementing change. My leaders told me I was crazy and didn’t quite follow my train of thought on changes I made. So this year, I brought them all with me. All know that after the event to watch out, because change is about to happen.” - GLS Attendee, Brazil 2012
