BC: I really liked this book. It teaches you that adult supervision is needed. Some times people forget that deep down they have the capacity to act like animals. It is a part of human nature to adapt to your surroundings. And when children are alone, and are not being taught how to behave, they will stray off in a bad direction. | The reasons I feel this way are: 1. They boys started off on the island as friends. They ended up on the island as enemies 2. Jack couldnt even kill a boar in the beggining of the book. But towards the end, he had part of the deaths of Simon and Piggy 3. Two of the children died because of carelessness. Simon was killed in the dark. And the other little boy died in the uncontrolled fire.
