FC: Jean Louise FInch's Scrapbook
Here is Jem's favorite football ! he loves playing football so much that even after he injured his arm he was just so happy that he could still throw the ball! I reckon it would have embarrassed Jem if we took a picture of his arm ,so we took a picture of the game ball !
This is the same kind of gum that I found in the tree outside of Boo Radley's place ! Jem told me that I shouldn't have taken it but It was so good .you could say its somewhere near my favorite candy .
Here are the two Indian Head Pennies that me and Jem found in the same tree. When we found them Jem and I's mouths were gaping open . We figured they were worth a lot of money.
Those Azaleas you see there , those pretty flowers that me and Jem trampled on while running , well they are Miss Maudie's . Boy oh boy , did she ever yell at us for almost ruining them,I felt real bad about it.
Well these as you plainly can see are Jem Finches britches HAHAHAHA . The night we were daring each other to touch Mr.Radley's door well they got stuck on the fence . Boy it was so funny but we couldn't help but fell bad for him . Good thing Dill covered for him with Atticus.
Atticus woke me up late the night Jem lost his pants after he lost his pants and told me to wake up and put this on . I was so confused , I didnt think it was time for school already .When we got outside we found that Miss Maudie's house caught on fire .
Well this is a picture of my school. I didn't really like it at first but the more I went I started taking to it more and more . It's probably not so lady like of me to say that my fondest memory is beating up Mr.Cunningham's son and bringing him home for dinner .
This is my Christmas present from Atticus. He told me I could shoot as many squirrels as I wanted . I thought it was neat seeing how I like boy stuff too.
The one this I alway remember and never forget is that Atticus told me and Jem it was a sin to kill a mocking bird .He said that all they do is sing beautifully for us
Here is the Table and my plate from Christmas dinner and the day that I heard the awful phrase''nigger lover'' I was so mad at that. This is the day I was told Atticus was Tom Robinson's lawyer .
This is the Chair Atticus always sits in and reads . This where i noticed how feeble he really was .I mean I don't think hes not old but he is older than most .
Here is a picture of me in bed when we thought Dill was a snake. It was funny , but I was glad we found him he was hungry and I missed him,
Here is the kitchen where Cal was always telling me to mind my manners. She always tells me to not talk so impolitely even to people I didn't like .
Here is the pew Calpernia , Jem ,and I sat in at her church. We weren't allowed to leave though until we had 10 dollars for a needy family. The church didn't have hymn books but it sure was neat.
Here is the cell where they kept Tom Robinson was held. This is where I told Mr. Cunningham that Entailments were bad. He didnt answer me but as soon as he did the room settled and he left.
Mayella Ewell took the stand in this court room during the trial. We all , well most of us think she was lying . She cried enough that the judge was on her side . She even said my Atticus scared her.
This is what we thought to be the Ewell's house . In the trial we found out though that it use to be a African American's cabin before it was theirs.
That door is the door that Dill had to exit. HE couldn't stand see how awful people were being talked about and treated during the trial .He got sick to his stomach and went for some air.
he is the bug I chased all the way upstairs .I opened the door and caught the little critter. That laugh was a fairly good one .
Mr.Radley and I waked past this pot when I took him home. I thought about all the good times I had with JEm near his house and the things we found in the tree.
