FC: Three Weeks In Europe
I'd like to send a big shout-out to everyone that enabled me to have this amazing experience, all of the people in my class for tolerating a youngin', including Dr. E, and to all of the people that I've met abroad, you've all taught me so much.
After a frantic morning, I kissed my family goodbye and embarked on my adventure! | Sir Verde, my snakey mascot and I preparing for the trip!
2009 | a | I arrived a day before the program started, so I got to stay in a hotel the first night and explore the area. | My First Taxi Ride! | I can explain! A few very nice guys insisted on buying me a small bottle f champagne to celebrate my arrival!
FSU Study Center at 99 Great Russell Street!
First Day of Classes! We visited Westminster Abbey, saw Big Ben, and rode the London Eye!
Day 2:: Stonehenge. and Salisbury! | Sweet!!
We visited the Cathedral in Salisbury and walked around the town. This quaint little town was home to beautiful gardens, swan, and even this man on the bottom left and his dog. He was sitting by a stream, where fellow classmate Connie reached down to feel how cold the water was!
Mary Poppins fed the pigeons on the steps of St. Paul's! | Day 3! In the morning, we took a train over to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, where I saw some amazingly historical artwork. Afterward, we visited St. Paul's Cathedral, where we were lead on a tour throughout the entire building. We even got to see the stairway in one of the towers where a scene from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets was filmed! My favorite part of day three, however, was climbing all 500 plus steps to the top of the Cathedral. The view was incredible!
Oh, yea, and not to brag or anything, but not only do I attend FSU, I also went to Oxford. | Day 4!
Me at the Kilns, the home of the great C.S. Lewis. You'd never have known, but he was quite a looker in his prime.
And now for the most amazing place on Earth... Wales! I only spent one weekend there, but I met some of the most amazing people, went hiking, coasteering, and surfing, and I'm moving as soon as I can! | The Eco Lodge we stayed at!
 The Coast!
Day 5: Regent's Park and Abbey Road... I even left my mark on the wall outside of the recording studio! | And later that night, I went to see Billy Elliot!
Day 6: Hampton Court I even met Henry the 8Th! Classmate Nate's mascot Troy also explored the palace.
Day 7: Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park

Graffiti is all over Paris! Personally, I love it.
Day 11: Versailles Lines, lines, and more lines. The lines into the castle were horrendous, and inside the lavish rooms were filled with crowds. However, it was quite interesting and amazingly regal. I even saw Marie Antoinette's bedroom (bottom middle) and learned quite a bit about French royalty.
The best part about Versailles, in my opinion, is definitely the gardens! They are absolutely breathtaking...
Day 12L We took a train to Epernay, where we visited the winery at Moet and Chandon and had a lovely champagne tasting.
Day 13 Pere Lachaise Cemetery | Me posing with the grave of James Morrison | Montmartre

The Last Day Notre Dame, Seine Cruise, and Farewell Dinner
 Au revoir!
