25: The only bear we saw was in the clinic where Ron was treated for a "rash" | 1988 fires took out 790,000 acres of the park | Yellowstone -oldest National Park 1872 w/over 300 geysers. Teddy Roosevelt "most scenic 50miles in the world from east entrance."

26: Blue Star Geyser | Old Faithful erupts every 90 minutes lasting 2-5 minutes. Reaches a height of 90-184 ft., emitting 10,000 - 12,000 gallons of water.

27: White Dome Geyser | Excelsior Geyser | Fire Hole Springs | another geyser in Old Faithful area

28: Black Riverside Geyser | Great Fountain Geyser erupts every 9-11 hrs. and is 100 ft tall | Firehole Spring | Mud Volcano

40: Named after the novel "The Virginian" | The original Occidental Saloon was built in 1908. There are still 23 original bullet holes in the ceiling | A banker's dream to have dinner in a bank vault

41: Cathy Collins - Owner of Strawberry Bed and Breakfast in Deadwood, South Dakota | Diamond Lil's is Kevin Costner's restaurant in Deadwood, SD | The Busy Bee has great cinnamon rolls | Wardrobes from Costner's various movies

42: Sturgis is one bar after another and another and another | Women's restroom..and this is America ? | 71st Sturgis rally had over 800,000 motorcycles this year

46: It took over 400 workers to create Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt, & Lincoln

47: Korczak Ziolkowski started Crazy Horse in 1948. He died in 1982. Now his children will continue the completion. | Crazy Horse is pointing to show "My lands are where my dead are buried." | The sculpture will be 563ft. tall when finished (taller than the Washington monument , which is 555ft.)
