Raye, Mark, Diane, Scott and I all flew to Rockland, Maine for spring break. We were there during the "muddy" season, but had a blast exploring the local area and eating lobster. It was a great getaway with wonderful friends!
We explored Fort Knox, an old fort built to protect us from the British.
We stayed at the Trade Winds and explored Rockland! | Does it get any better than this?
2013 | We toured around the area, and landed at Geddy's in "Bah Hahboh"
Back in Rockland, we cooked lobsters and played eucre.
We went to Owl's Head Lighthouse. A bit of a climb, but worth the view. The lighthouses were not as tall as we thought they would be. Rockland's chamber of commerce gave us a map of the area and all the lighthouses that were close by. So fun to travel around the area together.
 Let the journey begin!
Archer's is owned by Lynn Archer who won a "throwdown" for her lobster roll against Bobby Flay.
"It isn't how much time you spend somewhere that makes it memorable: it's how you send the time." - David Brenner | It isn't how much time you spend in a place, but how you spend your time. | Found Souvenirs at a shop with all goods made by prisoners, including the motorcycle carving.
