 Hiking time
The trail was a great challenge. We faced MUD PITS, boulders, sand, sea shelf, surge channels, log crossings, boardwalks and more. It kept you on your tows everyday. Sometimes you just had to look at what was in front of you, laugh and say "this will be interesting".
 Ladders.. | Ladders... | Ladders..
Ladders. | Ladders... | At first they were fun, then tiring, then your least favorite thing on earth.
 The weather was amazing...
Only a little fog and a tiny bit of rain
Every night we got to camp on the beach and fall asleep to the surf. But the sand...the sand got in everything. It was in our food, our water bottles, and our sleeping bags. I think we will be shaking sand out of our gear until the end of time.
 Home sweet home
We couldn't have done it without eachother
This deer and her fawn were fun to watch. One stuck close to her and the other was more adventurous. | Wildlife
We think this sea lion was a Dad. He only moved to scratch himself. | Cliff hanger deer | The crabs on the sea shelf would attack your treking poles | We didn't see any bears though
There are over one hundred bridges on the trail. The local native tribes maintain the 77 km of trail.
Best burger ever | Most remote restaurant we have ever been to | Life is GOOD | What a sweet gig running a light house would be
 A boiler from a shipwreck
The trail originated as a life saving trail. Winter storms wrecked many ships on these shores and before the trail there was no way for survivors to get to help or to get help to them
 It was fantastic experience together
