15: My artwork takes a snapshot during sophomore year for Rachel Herman. In my work, I captured many good memories that we had together throughout photography class. Rachel was a good subject for the photographs and her blond hair created a created an element of texture. The school surprisingly had a small area of garden scenery to encompass Rachel's natural side. When we began to take pictures I let Rachel look around and look at the nature so I could take some of her while she was in thought. Some of these pictures turned out as her best shots because they were not a full on shot. Later on we took more front shots of her face. We also experimented by taking pictures of different parts of her body, like her eye. I wanted to create a set of pictures Rachel could use to always remember sophomore year by. All the pictures that were taken was by a Nikon D5000 DSLR camera. Blogger: http://jackied6.blogspot.com/ | ARTIST STATEMENT
