I knew I was completely hooked at the end of a wonderful evening we had together. We were standing in the kitchen talking and the song came on "Bless the Broken Road". Jeff made a comment that this song reminded him of us. I put my head down and just cried. From that moment on there was no question.....for me anyway. ~judy I think about the years I spent just passing through I'd like to have the time I lost, and give it back to you But you just smile and take my hand You've been there you understand It's all part of a grander plan, that is coming true This much I know is true That God blessed the broken road That led me straight to you

Who knew that Milton Bradley would play such a role in our lives! Our first "real" date was a marathon. Hiking on an ice-covered Mount Nebo, Whatta-Burger dinner in Russellville, then an evening of talking, laughing and playing Yahtzee. That wonderful day ended with Judy reaching for my hand during our second game of Yahtzee. She won both games, by the way. Fast forward six months to an evening surrounded by family playing Yahtzee. Judy was to my left and on her final roll of the night...along with five dice; a diamond ring came out of the Yahtzee cup. Judy was stunned and speechless. After what seemed like an eternity, Judy's sister-in-law, Sandy, finally said, "Pick it up!" I don't remember who had the highest score in that game, but I know I won.

I take you to be my constant friend, my faithful partner and my love from this day forward. In the presence of God, our family and friends, I offer you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, and in joy as well as in sorrow. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals, to honor and respect you, to laugh with you and cry with you, and to cherish you for as long as we both shall live.

Eddie Airheart played our piano and sang. And I do mean "our" piano. Jeff couldn't find one to rent that he was pleased with so he bought one. Smile Feels Like Home You are the Love of my Life | Eddie Airheart

Dustin works at Acxiom by day. He kindly agreed to play for us at the wedding. He played some of his own songs before the wedding. He and Jeff surprised me during the wedding and he played "Only you could love me this way" and Jeff sang. I came really close to an "ugly" cry. | Dustin Raney

In light of her love for family and the beauty of God's nature, the flowers are in memory of the Bride's Mother, Pat McDonald. We are confident that "Momma Mc" is blessing us by taking a break from admiring the heavenly butterflies in and around her mansion's garden to watch this evening's activities.

Having a "moment" right after the ceremony

When Jeff proposed we were at my Brother and Sister in Law's lakehouse playing Yahtzee. On my last roll of the game, I rolled the dice and out came a ring along with the dice. I was surprised to say the least. I knew we would get married but did not have an inkling of a clue that he had purchased a ring. My Dad, Stephen and Sandy were all there to experience the moment with us. What a special way to propose.
