37: I would like to propose a toast to this wonderful couple. When you lose a parent as a young adult, as did both Amanda and Brian, it is always tough wondering what your mother or father would be thinking or how they would be reacting in any given circumstance in your life. Well, I can assure you, Amanda, that your mother would be beaming today, in welcoming such a fine young man as Brian into our family. It is with open arms, Brian, that I welcome you into our family, and it is our sincere prayer that the two of you enjoy a wonderful and long marriage that is fruitful and fulfilling as you begin the rest of your life's journey as one. Written & Delivered with love by Leo M. Quick July 25, 2009
38: Brian Jackson had been in our lives since we first met and he'd known Brian for much longer. Beginning by talking about how he and Brian shared a love of all things space, he gave a touching toast. | And with Jackson, there's always happiness and humor. Ending the toast with a comparison of comparing another one of their shared loves - Canadian football. He kept us laughing till the end.
