Our "Sort by" tool makes it easy to find the photos you want for your photo book. You can sort your photos by "Date Taken," "Date Added," or "File Name." To help you organize your photos even further, select "Hide Used" photos and ensure you aren't duplicating anything. Want to find a specific photo? Use the search feature and type in a keyword.

You can easily move a page or two-page spread with Mixbook Studio™’s intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. It just takes a few clicks or taps, and you won’t lose any of the work you put into the page or spread design.

Absolutely! We believe life is more fun when you share it with others. Adding collaborators to a project allows family and friends to all contribute, share their own unique memories of events, and relive those moments together. Our collaboration features allow you to invite others to edit a project, view it only, or order their own copies. All you need is their email address.

All collaborators need to have a Mixbook account. If they don't have an account, use our referral program and have them sign up. They’ll receive a link to your project via email.

The best size and format all depends on the type of book you want to create, as well as your budget. Mixbook offers various sizes ranging from 6x6 to 14x11, so you can find one that makes the most sense for your project. The 8.5x11 option is our most popular size and is perfect for photo albums, scrapbooks, and memory books.

Yep! We have four cover types for you to choose from: Softcover, Hardcover, Layflat, and Album.

• Softcover books are flexible, lightweight, and budget-friendly, perfect for capturing life's mini-milestones easily and affordably.
• Hardcover books are sturdier and more durable. They’re versatile enough to display on a coffee table or keep on a shelf, and pull out to enjoy over and over again.
• Layflat photo book covers are resistant to smudges, fingerprints, and scuffs, and best of all they lie totally flat when opened for striking, seamless two-page spreads. If your photo book includes any panoramic pics, Layflat is the ideal choice.
• The Album book type, a real showstopper and statement piece, is our most luxurious photo book. It features ultra-thick pages and seamless, panoramic spreads, and comes with a free Keepsake Box.

The maximum page count for a photo book depends on the type of book format you select. Here are the page limits for our different formats:

• Softcover books: up to 399 pages
• Hardcover books: up to 399 pages
• Layflat books: less than 100 pages
• Signature Papers: up to 99 pages
• Premium Papers: up to 89 pages
• Album books: up to 90 pages
