BI: With Love, The Prices | Dear family & friends, As you can see from the pictures, God has blessed our family immensely this year with the arrival of our newest member, Elijah Leam Price. He is a beautiful and healthy baby boy and has grown so much already in the past few months that he has been in this world. We are loving every second of our new role of being parents despite the many sleepless nights that accompany this new role. Elijah is such a joyful and happy baby. He learns so many new things each day and it has been so much fun getting to watch as his little personality develops ( boy does he have a personality). We are so blessed to be his parents. John continues to work for Shands Lake City Trauma Flight Crew and also works part time in the ICU at Shands on his days off. He loves the excitement of his job and frequently has amazing rescue stories to tell. I continue to work for Wolfson Children's Rehab but starting this past November have taken a PRN position working only 2 days a week so that I can stay home with Elijah. John is able to stay at home with him during the 2 days that I work. It is such a blessing to be able to stay at home with Elijah rather than placing him in daycare. John and I were able to go on 2 trips this year. We were able to go on another Deliver the Dream Trip as volunteers to serve families whose children have survived cancer. It was definitely a wonderful experience, as it always is getting to serve others, especially when they have been through so much. Our second trip was our "Babymoon" We went to Sanibel Island and to visit old friends in AnnaMaria Island/Wauchula. It was so much fun just relaxing, showing John around Wauchula, and visiting with old friends. We had other trips scheduled but due to some stomach issues with Elijah early on, we ended up postponing those trips until next year. Lastly, Savannah and Georgia are doing well but definitely have been put in the back seat since Elijah made his appearance. Georgia has forgiven Elijah and they are best buds; however, Savannah holds onto grudges a little longer and will not even come over and see Elijah. I guess it will take some time for her to be willing to give up her position of queen of the house :) Well, that is about it for us. We pray that your year has been just as exciting and blessed as ours has been. We look forward to the blessings God has in store for all of us in the year to come.
