2: Sutton Hoo | Sutton Hoo is an estate near Woodbridge, Suffok, England. It is the site of an early grave of an Anglo -Saxon King. Found at this site was 41 items of solid gold that are now held in the British Museum.

3: Some of the items found was a the warriors helmet, jewelry, coins,and other gold artifacts

4: RECENT DISCOVERY: | The most recent discovery was in England at the Staffordshire field. The first piece of gold were found by a amateur metal detector on September 24,2009.

5: The weapons and helmet decorations, coins,and Christian crosses, amount to more than 1500 pieces, hundreds still embedded in the soil amount to three times the amount found in the famous Sutton Hoo ship burial in 1939.
