Our First Experiment | We wanted to see which temperature of water, would make the Alka Seltzer dissolve faster | Cold Water: 1 min. 13 sec. Room Temperature Water: 39 Sec. Hot Water: 28 sec.
From what we experimented hot water went fastest, room temperature water was slower, and the cold water was slowest. In conclusion hot water went the fastest. | Our Results
Our Second Experiment | We used this experiment to see what type of the solvent, that would see which would would help dissolve the Alka Seltzer fastest. | Water: 42 sec. Vinegar: 47 sec. Oil: 2 min. plus
The water was the fastest, the vinegar was slower, and the oil was definitely the slowest. In conclusion the water was the fastest to dissolve the Alka Seltzer. | Our Results
Our Third Experiment | We did this experiment to see if crushed or un-crushed Alka Seltzer, to dissolve fastest. | Uncrushed: 35 sec. Crushed: 28 sec.
Our Results | In conclusion un-crushed Alka Seltzer goes slower than the crushed Alka Seltzer.
My Dream Rocket | On my dream rocket I put, Wings on the side, a cone on the top, hot water, and crushed Alka Seltzer.
My Group | In this group is Manasi( far left), Vishu( right side of Manasi), Joni( me in the middle), Kelsey( right side of Joni), and Delaney( far right.)
Our Imagined Plan | Our first Plan was Hot water, Small sized Alka Seltzer, triangle wings, and a cone.
Materials | Hot Water | Film Canister | Alka Seltzer
Results for Our Plan | It went high and it flew straight up.
Improving our Plan | We then tried doing hot vinegar, we still did small Alka Seltzer, and we decided to do only two wings this time.
 Our Rocket
Our Last design didn't do as well as our old one. | Old Rocket | New Rocket
In Conclusion Our first Plan was Hot water, Small sized Alka Seltzer, triangle wings, and a cone was the best plan.
