5: New Zealand ...As we sat in the airport lounge in Hong Kong the television screen showed image after image of the massive earthquake in Christchurch.....Our next destination | Pine Grove Homestead Jan & Bill Stewart's home in Darfield....unscathed by the earthquake .....

13: We cruised across Lake Wakatipu on board Queenstown’s iconic steamship TSS Earnslaw to Walter Peak High Country Farm.

20: The tour included helmets with lights which we needed as there was no other lighting; A complicated trek up a mountain and through an uncharted cave where we finally reached the other side - which did not connect with the real world; a sighting of the glow worms and then back the way we came. This was a trek I do not care to repeat, however, having completed the trip I am proud to say that the EMTs did not have to carry me out on a gurney !! | Home of the Glow Worms
