BC: A new house and a new car in the new year 2013! Can't wait to see whats next! | for another year | to be continued....

1: Cemetery Tour | January 2012 | Louden Cemetery in Wilton on Louden Rd. | Southside Cemetery ..... On Crescent Avenue in Saratoga Springs | Edward Bevins was just 16 when he joined the New Hampshire militia as a private. Two months later, on June 16, 1775, he found himself fighting against the British in the Battle of Bunker Hill — the first major engagement of the American Revolution. Bevins, of Lyndeborough, had signed on as a drummer boy, but turned the drum in for a rifle in the quest for America’s freedom and independence. He spent three years in the military before his discharge in August 1778. Two years later, he moved to Wilton in the vicinity of the former Louden Church. | Our Romantic First Date roaming around graves and trying to keep the Honey Pot from busting her buns on the icy hill lol

2: First Trip to the Yaddo | I knew she would like it! Castle and snowy evergreens and gardens. And that frozen bench where we coulda sat the whole winter staring at the scene and each other.

3: January 2012... Even with everything boxed up and covered in snow this place is beautiful...Can't wait to see it in the spring and fall.

4: Second Trip to the Yaddo | Spring 2012 | Home to the only snake We've seen so far

6: The Statues | The Italian Gardens overlooked by these larger than life Statues that seem to watch you as you walk through

8: Saratoga Spa-- State Park June 2012 | Honey pot had the adventure in her and we ended up crossing the stream to the geyser.

9: The Orenda has a horrifying gaseous smell that keeps you curious until you find the source. The water from it made this enormous mineral deposit hill that has a year round rippling wave effect as the spring runs down the side of it.

10: Pit Stop-- on the way to Hartford | Leaving for Texas.....3 long weeks without our honies!

11: This trip started with Shawn in Saratoga and me in Bedias Texas. I flew into Hartford from Houston Shawn drove from Saratoga . Then we turned a 2 hour road trip into 30 hours. | Airport tour included a nice long reunion..Luggage retrieval some quick snap shots then off to find the hotel... dinner @ the gold rock diner walk in the park then finally sleep! Next day the Hartford Ct. Tour We saw the oldest church and cemetery along with the State Building (where we had lunch) and the capitol. We took a pit stop in Sandisfield Ma., & Dinner on the side of Lebanon Mountain! What a Fabulous Day | Getting back to Saratoga.

12: The Back Woods of Vale Cemetery| July 2012

13: Vale Cemetery Schenectady | A perfect setting for an old graveyard, vines and overgrowth hide some very old stones which stretch for quite some distance in all edges of the park.

14: Historic Congress Park | ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL Day together in Congress Park| July 2012 | Canfield Casino Oldest Casino in the U.S. est. 1870 by John Morrissey

16: Night & Day | Fountain at entrance donated by Spencer Trask (Also built other great things, like the Yaddo)

17: The Ducks Our Favorite Feathered Friends | But Shhhhhh...... We do it all the time!

18: Spit | Spat | Vandles ripped the horns off these fellas but the city has since restored them

19: Noiseless falls the foot of time; which only treads on flowers

20: Saratoga Spa State Park

21: These Pictures are from the race track show on the 3rd. On the 4th we went to see a spectacular show at Congress Park!

22: Given up Phish for this! | Quick Stop in Schuylerville! Even though my honey was sick and feverish he still Stopped!! What a trooper!

23: Sunday JULY 8, 2012 | A National Monument that celebrates the victory of the Americans at the Battles of Saratoga "The Turning Point of the American Revolution" Located in Schuylerville, NY | The Saratoga Monument



26: Picnic's at the Spa state Park with just a few days left in July and it appears the most interesting creatures we can find is ourselves!!... Near the Geyser

27: Same park different day different spot (near the Orenda Spring) | Just as much fun!

28: More Summer fun parks and picnics! | Poor honey had an intruder sneak into her bra and it had a dozen legs!! Help! Help!

29: The Geyser Creek runs the length of the park, if you're lucky you can spot a Trout or two and some other wildlife.

30: Awww The Kittens... AKA the little Shits Aka the little slugs

31: Ducks on Parade!!

32: Congress Park Olympic Bread eating Contest Squirrels VS. Ducks July 31, 2012 | Here we have our two team captains The ref in the middle here watching anxiously | 3 vs. 50 seems a little unfair but these squirrels have the ducks scattered as they make a play

33: And For the Photo Finish..... We have A Tie!!!

34: NYC HERE WE COME | And there we go... | Magical cruising by the Statue of Liberty for a beautiful sunset back behind her. Honey pot wins the award for best picture of the trip on that one!

35: ...To Kingston

36: The Drive in | 7 hours sitting in the van Oversize Pretzels funnel cake & Nachos!!! MMMMMM

37: End of Summer Camping on sacandaga | Adapt, overcome, Improvise and we shall have Fire! and Burgers

38: The old Armory Turned Museum in Saratoga | Last time I was here was '96 when they were a heartbeat from owning another soldier lol This museum is awesome, can see centuries old pieces of our history.

40: Because of our good fortune and spontaneity we found ourselves spending | a Beautiful summer day at the ... where we saw the man himself! | Arron Lewis!! Up close ok... not as close as some others got but still! Then the time came and we got to hear.... | and

41: The leaves at moms take for ever to fall and forever to rake so we blew

42: Hadley's parabolic bridge the only one of its kind and above an old rail road trestle

43: Sacandaga River in Hadley .. a frequent stop

44: One of the last warm days before winter we ventured to The Petrified Sea Garden... Lester park

48: Interesting piece of forest we often pass taken Don to and fro... right behind the petrified Sea garden and across from the abandoned Lime Kiln Very neat place
