1: Information on G.R.A.P.E.S. aspects | William Shakespeare
2: Geography | - There were not enough road signs to guide a traveler on the street. - Maps serve as their “light” in that somehow unfamiliar place. - Travelers reduced in quantity, due to the bubonic plague. - Traveling on boat was easy due to their efficient oceans.
4: Religion | - They believe in superstitions, some that are still evident today. - Queen Elizabethan was Roman Catholic. - Believed in the supernatural, like witchcraft. - Blamed unexplainable events as the works of the witches. - Believed in voodoo and a ritual with magic oils and other natural recourses involved. - Life customs and festivals were based on the church calendar. - It was also believed that God formed social ranks.
6: - Had medical professionals. - Women were subservient to men. - Their village life changed with all seasons. - They created their own forms of literature, art, flowering and painting. | Achievements
8: Politics | - Queen Elizabethan was constantly in fear of Catholic plots. - Strict laws prohibiting any explicitly religious or current political events being represented on stage. - They had an Essex Rebellion. - They were brutal and had a monarchy, and had different treatments for different crimes. - Rulers made all the laws.
10: Economy | - Their population grew a lot, and they had social classes. - Had a rising merchant middle class, which caused the economy to be boomed. - They made a lot of money on selling food and they improved their agriculture. - They knew how to preserve food. - They had many beggars.
12: Society | - They had a social order. - The Queen was believed to be God’s representation on earth. - Families were role models for the society. - They had low sanitary measures due to disease and other factors. - It was required to have a good education and a family.

16: All About his life | - | - He was born in April on 1564 in Stratford and lived in London - He was baptized on April 26 in the Trinity Church. - He had 8 siblings and he was the 3rd child. - His mom's name was Mary and his dads name was John. - He attended Stratford grammar school and learned the English alphabet. - He married Anne Hathaway (she dies on August 6th, in 1623) and had 3 kids (Susanna, Hanniet and Judith). - He died on April 23rd at 52 years old.
18: All About His Career | -He was famous for acting, writing plays and writing poetry. - He has written 37 plays before, and then started to write poems. - He wrote the plays; King John (History), A Midsummer’s night dream (Comedy), Romeo and Juliet (Tragedy). - He used real life events and other poems to make his plays. - He co-owned The Globe Theatre with an acting company. Then it eventually burns down. - He built theatre outside of London’s city limits because London was not in favor of theatres. - There were no female actors because many people thought it was a bad idea.
20: How is His World Different From Ours Today? | - The many differences are reflected clearly in his plays. - Children/teenagers had no rights; they had to listen to everything their parents said until they got married. - Marriages were arranged by their parents that did not revolve around love and affection. - Daughters married very young, and the father had the God given right to choose almost everything pertaining to the marriage and the girl had no choice or say. - Plays were only with actors and no girls and they used very different language. - They dressed a lot different and were associated to each other differently.
