3: Broccoli has beta carotene that helps with our immune system. The word broccoli comes from the Italian word "brocco" which means arm. | Broccoli
4: A source of vitamin E , which keeps the red cells staying healthy. It protects all the cells in our body from getting hurt. An interesting fact about avocados, is that they were first grown in Mexico and Central America. | Avocados
