FC: Miss Maudie

To Kill a Mockingbird Through the Eyes of Miss Maudie Travis Taylor Jacob Ward

Hi! I'm Miss Maudie. I love to cook and i love my garden. I also enjoy spending time with my sweet little neighbors, Jem and Scout

I just love everything. . . except those good-for-nothing foot-washing baptists, but i like to focus on the good things in life. . . like flowers!

One of my favorite people is my neighbor, Scout. While she sometimes gets in trouble, I enjoy seeing her sweet, happy little face every day.

Another one of my favorite people in the world is old Atticus Finch. I have the deepest respect for him because he has the courage to do what nobody else in this town will do

I love summer nights, but one night stood out when I talked with Scout about Foot washing baptists and Mr. Arthur. I think i got the curious little girl to finally understand why he's always in that house of his. | Radley Household

Sadly my house went up in flames recently, Thank the lord Atticus saved my favorite rocking chair

My flowers are probably one of my favorite things in the world. I can't imagine going an entire day without going out and taking care of them. I'm most content when I'm tending to my garden.

I love to sit and relax on my porch, and my favorite seat to do it in is my rocking chair. I love looking out from my porch at all the exciting things that happen in Maycomb.

 "I don't call fifty very old, . . . Not being wheeled around yet, am I?" (Lee 90) | "I don't call fifty very old, . . . Not being wheeled around yet, am I?" (Lee 90)
