I know your time with AT&T has been rewarding, so I wanted to take this opportunity to bid you a fond farewell. Your employment here has been productive, particularly with your outstanding leadership and knowledge of the business. I have appreciated your efforts over the last few years, and I know the company is losing a valuable asset. I wish you nothing but luck in your future endeavors, and I hope you will continue to stay in touch to let us know where you land next. Hopefully you will land in a "winning" State for Football, Baseball, Hockey or whatever your sport is...... can I suggest New York Area :) Also, as you move on in life I do believe a beautiful new Mustang Shelby is just the medicine needed to really enjoy life after work. Sincerely, Harold Ciamillo
Let there be music in your heart throughout all seasons. Let your spirit sing a song of joy. Let your life be a continuous chorus of peace and harmony. Blessings to you! Kathy B.
No more fire drills, billing errors, deadlines or another re-organ to tackle. There were fun times, chaos many days, and plenty of “OMG now what”. Your endurance and hard work have paid off. Thank you for all the support and assistance you provided each day to our team. You always had our backs. You made my job easier – that is the best a boss can be. As with everything in life, retirement will be what you make it. Enjoy each day and the endless opportunities that you now have ahead of you. I hope you and Bill have many years full of good times, great memories and good health. Lynda Hackstaff 630 698-5524 cell 630 690-8810 home firstname.lastname@example.org
You have been the best Manager I ever had. You are knowledgeable, smart, helpful and fun. You understood our job and I could always count on you for whatever support I might need. You have worked long and hard for Michigan Bell/Illinois Bell/Ameritech/SBC/AT&T and have certainly earned this retirement. I will miss you as my Manager and as a co-worker. I wish you well and nothing but the best in your "new" life. Relax and have fun every day. We will follow you into retirement soon, when we win the lottery! “May God give you... For every storm a rainbow, For every tear a smile, For every care a promise and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends, a faithful friend to share, For every sigh a sweet song and an answer for each prayer.” Darryl Scarbrough
May you have days full of laughter and happiness. May your next adventure be long and fulfilling. I am forever grateful for your guidance. I wish you all the best! Best wishes! The Ketterer Family Enjoy – Relax – Have Fun!

Some of my most fun memories are of you and me laughing about the “typical man” stuff that both of our husbands do. Things like not asking for directions or telling us they told us something when they didn’t or asking us where something is even though they were the last one to use it. Don’t get me wrong, going out to dinner with the gang, walking over to the Taste for lunch and eating Bill’s chocolate covered strawberries are right up there too!
In the past, I have had bosses that were good, that I thought were my best boss, but I really didn’t know what that term meant until now. I say with great confidence that you have truly been the best boss I have ever had bar none!!! I don’t think I will ever be able to say that again unless I go into business for myself and become my own boss. It has been a great pleasure working for you, working with you and knowing you as a person. Congratulations on your retirement, you will truly, truly be missed!!! LC Sutphen

I'm so glad we had this time together, just to write some M&P and stuff, Seems we just got started, and before you know it, Comes the time we have to say, life's tough!!! (Ok, so I stole that from Carol Burnett) Thanks for all you've done; for standing up for us, keeping us safe and always being direct. I really appreciated your management style. I also appreciated the times when something happened and you always came back and asked what happened. It never felt judgmental, just supportive. I'm thinking that maybe next week, we will all wake up and it will be a dream, just like in Dallas! Of course, it would be just my luck that I'd wake up about 3 bosses ago, and that wasn't that great, lol. I'm not going to say the "GB" thing, just have a wonderful, relaxed, unplanned, do-what-you-want future. Hmmmm, the screen is getting on all fuzzy, so I gotta stop. Devin Posey

I can't find the words to express what having had the opportunity to know you these past 9 years means. You were not just a boss, supervisor or manager, you have been so much more. Saying you are the best boss I ever had doesn’t express who you are. You have been a mentor, guide and friend. You never made me feel like your subordinate; you are trusting, supportive, generous, and you care. You put me at ease no matter what the situation. There are few people who can manage others with such grace and I’ve only had the privilege of knowing one. Not only will you leave a mark on AT&T, you leave a deficit by taking the amassed amounts of information in your brain. I will miss you in ways too numerous to list. But I’m so happy for you. It’s great that you and Bill will be beginning a new life while you both have so much time and good health to fully appreciate it. Bravo! Wishing you all the best of everything that comes next.. Elena "Lani" Balderas
If "thank you" could be singing birds, I'd send a flock your way. If "thank you" could be butterflies, They'd brighten up your day! If "thank you" could be flowers, I would send a bright bouquet; To show that I'm more thankful Than mere words could ever say!
BON VOYAGE When you came into my career, you changed my world into something wonderful and I've been smiling ever since! Best wishes as you embark on this new journey in your life. Your friend at AT&T, Cheryl Scott
I wouldn't want you to forget this face that always popped up in your Q. LOL. I will be remiss if i did not let you know how I truly appreciate you as my manager and as a person. Thank you for being there for me, whether I needed you and sometimes when I didn't ;-D . One thing for sure is that I will miss working with you. Good luck and enjoy the next phase of your life and with your new endeavor. With love, Karen Villanueva
Ok, I finally meet you face to face after 4 years being a member of your team and now you’re leaving! I have that affect on people! LOL Remember your visit to Birmingham AL and your first experience tasting a Southern favorite ....OKRA! FriedStewed..Grilled.or have it your way..YUM!!! Wishing you all the best! HUGS.. Jimmy | When you come back to Birmingham for a visit I promise not to spill my drink on you! It was a pleasure meeting you and putting a face with the voice. Best Wishes Chuck
You and I have been working together for a long time, going through a few directors and even different teams. We first started working together under Leslie Skinner. Things have changed so much since that time. Along the way our teams have changed, our directors have changed, our teams got split up to help support the small business team, we lost and added folks to our teams, we picked up regional support for all regions and we picked up some legacy T support and processes. Some of it good and some could have been done differently. Throughout it all, you’ve been consistent in your support of your team and my team. You have such a wealth of knowledge and have always been willing to share. When I first met you, you appeared to be aloof and cool. I found out that underneath that was a very thoughtful and funny person. In addition, there was someone with a very high work ethic - someone who cared about our customers as well as your team. I have learned a lot while working with you and for you. I will miss having you as a sounding board, a go-to person or someone to ask “can you believe” or “did you hear?” I am jealous that you are retiring but am so glad you have the opportunity to do it. I will miss you. I wish you the best in your life post AT&T. Enjoy life, have fun and good health. Shelia email@example.com 510-724-4575 (h) 510-375-3353 (c)
