Can you imagine being forced to have sex, work in factories and even be someone's maid? Human trafficking is the biggest slave industry in so many countries including the united states. The United states is actually called a destination state along with Australia, Japan. Most of the time the victims are from poorer countries. They are tricked into coming to the desired state by being told that they will be coming to work as a model or in a resturant but when they arrive at their desired state they will figure out the tragedy that they are about to face when they dont see a modeling agency and or a resturant. Instead they will be living in a brothel or where ever their "pimp" tells them to work. Our society needs to be more aware of the causes and effects of Human Trafficking and it is time to put an end to all of this nonsense.

1)The government needs to be more strict on who comes and leaves the United States. -If the government regulates who comes and goes then we could probably at least decrease the percentage of human trafficking. -Also if the government would succeed in this then we could track down the drugs that are given to the victims. 2)I want to make it known that the illegal immigrants do not need to be scared to come forward to the police, because they will not be deported. -If the illegal immigrants knew of this then we would have a lot of suspects!

-The united states wants to help, not make things worse. REASONS -Their is so many desperate men that would pay thousands of dollars for a young lady to have as their property. -In the human trafficking business their is billions of dollars that can be made in just two weeks!

FACTS & STATISTICS -The victims are all under the age of 18, the young women and men that are over 18 are considered "old meat". -It is estimated that their is 27million slaves around the world. -Trafficked children are more significantly more likely to develop mental health problems, substance abuse, engage in prostitution as adults and either commit or be victimized by violent crimes later in life.

HOW TO IDENTIFY A VICTIM -They do not control their own schedule, money,ID or travel documents. -They are transported to and from work,or live and work in same place. -They will more than likely have bruises, exhibit depression, fear,or overly submissive -They have a boyfriend that is noticeably older(10+) -They are always accompanied by a controlling person.

Lets put a stop to this at once, now we are all aware of the causes and effects of human trafficking.Remember to be cautious and be careful. If you are a victim or if you know someone who is a victim please call the FBI human trafficking hot line the number is (866)252-6850 Not just girls are exploited its boys too...
