FC: Weathering and Erosion | By: Ryan Martin
This is a picture of rust curring on rock.. This is a chemical change that occurs when water gets in the rock and oxygen reacts with the water and forms rust.
This is an example of erosion. I stumbled upon this in the upper falls. Overtime this bank will be over taken by rising water.
This is carbon acid (physical) this is a white flaky substance that I found on a rock.
This is root action (physical) on the side of the falls. This is a physical change that means a plant got into the rock and cracked it when the plant grew out.
