FC: Fifteen Yeas and Fifteen Reasons Why I Love You
Wow! Fifteen years! What can I say? I love you more now than I did fifteen years ago! I see so many reasons why the LORD has brought us together. To make us more like Him in so many ways. we really DO complete each other! I see how we've both changed, and yet grown closer together through the years. I realize how rare that is nowadays, and I praise God daily for you, Shan. You truly are my other half, my soul mate, my head, and ONE with me. I love spending my life with you. Here's to MANY more years together. Happy Anniversary!! So Here is a little something - a tribute, if you will, to the first fifteen years we've spent together as husband and wife. I hope you have fun walking down memory lane. I love you!! Kimberly
0 | I love your fun spirit. You showed this to me by roller blading around the neighborhood with me or throwing the car keys into the grass for me to hunt for when we got home at night... You always loved to make anything fun. | 1
I love your tender heart - In our second year of Marriage - you showed this to me when we found Alex and Zac - at 1111 11th Street - You were willing to drive for hours to find the place - and we were so psyched to find out the owner was a new Christian too! | 1
By the beginning of our 3rd year, I realized how much I loved your gentleness. I knew you would make the perfect dad by the way you took care of me. | 2 | Owings Mills, MD | "By our fourth year, I realized what a man of integrity you are. Even in little things, you were not willing to compromise or move. Your faith is so solid. You know what and WHOM you believe, and it is obvious to anyone who knows you.
3 | Into our 4th year I was realizing what a man of integrity you are. Your work ethic as a pastor, and devotion as a dad, were so evident to me, and I was so proud to be a "pastor's wife!'
4 | Our fifth year we were expecting Micah, and I realized how adventurous you are. You actually tried red deer in Colorado - & liked it... and are willing to eat anything so as to not offend. What a gentleman!
5 | In our sixth year I saw so much of your FAITH. You trust God and His Word even when we found out we were expecting #3 already! You took it all in stride and and never ever wavered in your faith.
6 | I admire your sense of peace. Even in the craziness of 3 children and ministry demands, you never got angry, scared or lost sense of purpose. I'm sure that's from the Holy spirit. And I admire that about you!
7 | You live a life of humility. When faced with adversity in the ministry, you humbled yourself under God's mighty hand and HE lifted you up.
8 | I love your ability to laugh! I love the fact that you can laugh out loud at Calvin and Hobbs just because of the way they're drawn!
9 | I lo am amazed at how forgiving you are! You don"t hold grudges or hold things against people, but overlook offenses and see the best in everyone. What a picture of God!
9 | 10 | I must admit - I love that you can sleep anywhere! I even love the fact that you can sleep next to an upside down screaming Ben - and think it's so funny! I larv u!!
I love your romantic side! I was so honored and excited to redo our vows and loved that it was important to you too! | 11
12 | I appreciate your willingness to laugh in the face of defeat. Especially when it comes to snowy days, cars, and creeks...
13 | I love your loyalty! I love that you are a Colts fan - and a Kimberly fan - until the end!
14 | I appreciate your willingness to work and do whatever it takes to support our family. You are such a hard worker!
15 | You're such a great support! You never miss a game or activity the kids are in - and fully support what I want to do as well - "Support Endeavors" is one of your love languages!
"Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay.Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the LORD deal with me, be it ever so severely, if anything but death separates you and me"
