1: “Once you have traveled, the voyage never ends, but is played out over and over again in the quietest chambers. The mind can never break off from the journey." -Pat Conroy

2: We began our unforgettable journey in beautiful HALONG BAY

4: Next stop, HUE. We first explored the Royal and Minh Tombs, the Thien Mu Pagoda, and the Perfume River

5: We then wandered around the Citadel and the ruins of the Forbidden Purple City

6: The drive from HUE to HOI AN was absolutely breathtaking

7: We stopped at Marble Mountain along the way. The caves, temples, pagodas, and panoramic views from the top were amazing

8: We fell in love with the peaceful charm and beauty of HOI AN

9: We really enjoyed our cooking class and trip to the market

10: Our day in NHA TRANG was so relaxing

11: We spent the entire day unwinding on the beach

12: The busy city of HO CHI MINH was overwhelming

13: As we trekked around the city, we saw important landmarks, shopped at the Ben Thanh Market, and saw a wonderful show at the Rong Vang Water Puppet Theater

14: We cautiously toured around the CU CHI TUNNELS

16: We journeyed into the MEKONG DELTA

17: On our way out of the delta, we stopped by this gorgeous temple

18: Our trip to CAMBODIA was a sobering experience. We will never forget the drive from SIEM REAP to PHNOM PENH

19: We didn't take many pictures, but some of the images and feelings will be forever ingrained in our hearts and minds

20: Visiting ANGKOR WAT was like traveling back in time

22: BANGKOK, was the last city on our trip before heading back to HANOI

23: Our cooking class in SILOM was so much fun!

24: We went to the Bridge over the River Kwai and the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

25: It was awesome taking pictures with the tigers at the Tiger Temple

27: For as long as I live, I will always remember this amazing trip that we shared together. I cannot thank you both enough for coming half way across the world to join me in my travels. I know that it was hot, exhausting, and emotional at times, but I hope that you cherish these memories as much as I do. I am so lucky to call you my Mom and Mimi. I love you both with all of my heart. Happy Mother's Day.
