FC: My Storybook.
 SYMBOLS - 2&3 VALUES & NORMS - 4&5 MATERIAL CULTURE/TECH. - 6&7 LIKES - 8 DISLIKES - 9 | TABLE OF CONTENTS
I have a picture of a plane to represent how my brother and I travel at least once every summer to visit my dad wherever he lives during the baseball season in the summer. | I have a picture of Sacramento, California to represent my hometown and how my family likes to go back there as much as possible to visit my dad's side of the family, and old friends. It is our favorite place to visit.
SYMBOLS | I have a picture of the old Milwaukee Brewers logo to represent something my family is all interested in and enjoys watching.
"Friends are born, not made." ~Henry B. Adams | Something that I have been taught to value is respect. To treat others with respect is the best way to get respect in return. | Another thing my family has taught me to value is kindness. Not only being kind to others and going the extra mile if someone needs it, but to kill others with kindness.
"A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same." ~Elbert Hubbard | Values & Norms. | Another big thing we value is being appreciative to others that do things for you and care for you. I always try to recognize when something does something for me and make sure I thank them. | A norm that my whole family has grown to go along with is having family get-togethers at my grandma’s house at least once or twice every month in the summer. We go swimming and just hang out and it's a really fun time to bond with each other.
MATERIAL ITEMS/TECHNOLOGY. | One of my favorite material items is my sketchbook. It's my coping mechanism for expressing my feelings about anything/anyone. I would choose writing in my sketchbook over talking about my feelings, it makes me feel better to write everything down. | My cellphone is also a big importance to me. Even though I am not a big fan of texting, I love having phone with internet access because I have the ability to get to anything that I need to get to whenever I need to.
I would say another important item in my life would be my car. I am ALWAYS driving, it's one of my favorite things to do. I love driving with people and even sometimes without. Driving by myself with the music going helps me think. | I would be completely lost without music in my life. I always have my headphones in and when I'm in a bad situation the best way for me to calm down is to listen to music.
"Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world." ~Harriet Tubman
