1: About Tatiana Growing up in southwestern Russia in a small town surrounded by the beauty of mountains and forests, Tatiana excelled in her schoolwork and developed her talent in art. She works competently in many mediums, such as watercolor, chalk, oil, fabric, clay, wood, and glass. Her joy in creating is exceeded only by her passion to teach children. Therefore, she became an art teacher. After having taught art in elementary and high school, she earned an advanced degree in psychology and social work, and this additional education, along with her outstanding classroom management and instructional skills, earned her the position of assistant principal and psychologist for the kindergarten school. Because of her excellent communication skills, she often conducted teacher training and parental meetings as well as continued to teach. After moving to the United States and obtaining her American citizenship, she was employed at a Montessori school before becoming a substitute for the Fort Worth ISD. Her goal remains to help young children establish a firm foundation in education and develop a lifelong delight in learning-- especially in art.
