2: The majority of the men in these times farmed. They used oxen to plow the fields with narrow strips so they could grow their crops.

3: The Anglo-Saxon men were big on family. Back in those days the man of the family provides for everyone which means he had to work twice as hard as he would today

4: The men in the anglo-saxon history did a lot of stoneworking to create weapons and protection

5: The Anglo-saxon men buried the dead with their belongings. Men's graves include knives, and spears which mean they were hunters, fighters, or farmers

6: A lot of men were freemen or slaves. A slave owned nothing and were freeman's property. Richer freeman were known as thanes. The most important ones helped the king rule

7: Men built their houses out of wood and had thatched roofs. The men did most of the work and hard labor for the family
