FC: The Great Chocolate War | By: Barbara Duckett

Everyone enjoys something sweet in their lives. Even more enjoy candy. Chocolate seems to have the top vote of any candy that lies out there on this world. There are so many types, so how does one solve the small war that goes on within their brain on choosing which one they want out of Reese's Cups or Snicker Bars? They think hard. Snicker Bars are much better than Reese's Cups, due to some certain factors that the opponent has left out in the ingredients.

Well, in this war between the two types of chocolate, Snickers has the advantage. Seeing how it is way more filling than the opponent, Reeses Cups, which in all honesty, aren’t all that fulfilling and leave you running on empty for the day. Snickers also save money, because you can get more for less. That means you don’t have to make repeated trips, back and forth, just to get food or candy. They’re also faster to eat as well. All you have to do is just open the wrappers, then pull out the chocolate, then sink your teeth on into a bar of chocolaty goodness.

With Snickers, there is also a wide variety in how they come. Sometimes it’s the packaging that’s different. Maybe the ingredients that lie within the wrapper. Either way, you will never tire of the same old thing ever again with Snickers. With Reeses, it’s the same flavor, same taste, same thing everywhere but the outer wrapper. What comes with this wide variety that Snickers have is a wide audience. People are attracted by both look and taste. | Yeah, I know Reeses Cups are ‘Safer to eat’, but actually, they’re not, especially for people with braces. The chocolate could get caught between wires and cause a burden to the poor soul who has to wear the braces. Also, the peanut butter is said to be able to cause the brackets and wires to rust and break faster than they are supposed to. So, in reality, it really isn’t safe to eat a Reeses Cup.

Now then, since we now know the truth behind this war, maybe now everyone will be able to make smarter choices about the type of candy they decide to choose.
