S: Our Wedding
BC: And they lived happily ever after...
FC: January 10,2009
1: Our Love Story | It all began when my family moved to Leonard, TX before my freshman year of high school. I remember seeing Max at church the summer before school started, and coming home and telling my whole family that I was going to marry Maxwell Gilbert! (Even though I had never even spoken to him.) We became great friends once school started, and made it official when Max asked me to be his girlfriend on February 17, 2002. After that, the rest was history! We dated all throughout high school and most of college. Maxwell is my soulmate. God has blessed us beyond measure thus far, and I can't wait to see what our future together holds. High school sweethearts and best friends!
3: It was a Saturday afternoon, and Maxwell was in Dallas visiting me while I was on my internship. I had to work that day, and wasn't supposed to get off work until 6pm. However, my boss let me off work an hour early! So I called Max to tell him the good news, and he very casually said that that was great. (What I didn't know, was that he had planned on proposing in the courtyard at Northpark Mall right after I got off work, so I had ruined his plans!) Thinking on his toes, he told me to get ready, because we were going out to dinner with a friend. So, I went to Grandma's house and got dressed. Max arrived at Grandma's shortly thereafter, and we got ready to leave. While we were walking out I grabbed his hand and realized that it was clammy and shaky. I thought that was really odd, but before I even had time to think about it, he was down on one knee. He told me that I amazed him, challenged him, inspired him, and made him happy; and that there was no one he would rather continue on this journey of life with. He then asked for my hand in marriage. I hugged him and put the ring on, but forgot to say yes immediately (we cleared that up later, haha). I was so surprised to see Brandon, Erin, Lauren Wohl, and Lauren Britton there as well. Max then told me to pack my bags, because I was going to Leonard for a surprise engagement party with our friends and families. It was the most wonderful evening imaginable! We had so much fun, and felt so blessed to be able to share this exciting evening with so many of the people we loved!

15: The rehearsal was held Friday Jan 9, 2010 at 6:00 pm. It was a special and fun night! I was so excited, and I couldn't believe that I was going to be getting married the next day! We walked through the ceremony twice, and then headed to McKinney for dinner at Olive Garden.
