FC: Baby Talks ... | Anne Josephine | The First Year ...

ME ... just moments after I am whisked out of my mommy's tummy on March 1, 2008, 2:31 pm. | Towards the end of her pregnancy, Mom said she felt like a bomb was about to explode in her tummy. Well, the bomb"turned out to be only 2.7 kilos --- not too big nor too heavy actually, but she had to deliver me via C-section.

Mom said they weren't expecting me to come out till March 19, the feast of St. Joseph. Incidentally, my Dad's name is also Joseph. So, I guess that's how I got my name.

Here I am, being lifted from my crib to be seen by my visitors. | So, this is how being a celebrity feels like.!!

March 2, 2008 This is clearly not my best day ever! I feel so stressed out, I don't want to drink my milk. Tito Doc has to have a tube inserted in my mouth so my tummy can rest for a few days. It's really horrible!

Just look at how happy they are to see me!

 I am vocalizing ... | ... it's good for my lungs.

a | The First Family | Like Mommy, Like Me! | Manang Gab just loves to take care of me!

Whew! Unwrapping all those gifts can be pretty exhausting.!! Do you see the rashes on my face? It's seborrheic dermatitis. My mom has it, too.

I feel so lucky to have two of the world's Best Grandmas!

I sure have changed a lot. Mom and Dad can't believe that I'm transforming right before their very eyes. | My waking hours are longer now. That means more playing time with Dad, Mom, and everybody else. I can make uko-uko sounds already, much to the delight of everyone at home. And when I'm hungry for milk, I scream, "U-haw! U-haw!" I have to be a genius to be able to do that, but that's what it sounds like to Mom's ears, and Mommies know better, don't they?

Cetaphil: The secret to clear, beautiful skin.

Hang Ten: The Brand You Can Trust With Your Life

Oversized Tees: The Fashion Trend After Frank | Typhoon Frank did a lot of damage to our house that we had to evacuate to Leganes for the time being. Dad was in such a hurry to pack my things that he didn't realize he packed Manang Gab's tees instead. So here I am, making the most of it ...

Dentists recommend that oral hygiene should begin early in life. Well, it certainly did in my case. | September 1, 2008 Today, I have my first taste of solid food --- Cerelac. Hmm, yummy!

September 20,2008 Manong Miggy is celebrating his 7th birthday at Angelicum School today. This is my chance to show off my social skills. | I am asleep almost the entire time, but I do remember seeing a clown and many of Manong Miggy's friends.

All I ever want for Christmas are my two front teeth, but look --- I have four already! | My Christmas Wish

 Seeing RED

My First Birthday | My first birthday certainly was a lot of fun. Mom had a rather difficult time deciding on a birthday theme. At first I thought it was going to be a Winnie The Pooh Party but Mom decided against it at the last minute because she read somewhere that babies my age couldn't really appreciate cartoon characters yet (honestly, i think I would have loved a Winnie The Pooh party!) Anyways, she finally settled on using primary colors instead, which was great nonetheless. Dad, for his part, spent many sleepless nights making a slideshow featuring me, of course! It was really spectacular.
