S: Gavin's First Year
BC: "There is nothing like the blessing Of a bouncing, baby boy. He will fill your home with energy And touch your heart with joy. He’ll hug you, and bug you And try you deep within. But each precious memory You’ll treasure again and again."

From the fullness of grace we have received one blessing after another. John 1:16
 BIG | SISTER | I'm going to be a
Mommy was a little surprised to find out she was expecting so quickly. So she knew Daddy would be even more surprised. Almost a week after finding out, Daddy came home from work to find Gracie wearing a shirt that said "Big Sister." Daddy wondered why Mommy would put such a silly shirt on her...then he realized what it meant. He was so surprised to find out he was going to be a Daddy again! | The Big-Sister-to-be had the honors of telling some of our family and close friends. Gracie wore a t-shirt that said "I'm going to be a Big Sister!"
 Ultrasounds | 1st Picture
We had a total of five ultrasounds during the pregnancy. You loved to put on a performance, and we were able to see you sucking on your fingers, sticking out your tongue, swallowing and even have the hiccups - you loved to be the center of attention! At our July 14th ultrasound we found out you may have amniotic band syndrome. We went to see a specialist at Swedish American Hospital on July 23rd for a special ultrasound. During the ultrasound we found out you were fine and healthy and that we were having a BOY!
 BABY | BUMP | MOMMY''''''''S
Mommy felt very sick during the pregnancy. For the first few months she stuck with oyster crackers and lemonade or sprite. As she got bigger she craved Chipotle and mambas.. Daddy would do his nightly run to get our mambas, we quickly learned that you preferred the sour ones. | The first time Mommy felt you move was during the BlackhawksPlayoff game, which they won to get into the Stanley Cup Finals.

Gavin John Costanza | Gavin was born one day earlier than expected. Mommy started having contractions at 3:30 in the morning. They quickly grew closer and closer and by 6:30 am, we were out the door on our way to St. Anthony's Medical Center. It was a long ride for Mommy and she even made Daddy run a red light or two. Aunt Kimmy met us at the hospital, after she finally answered her phone! Once we were settled in our room. we found out Mommy was already 7cm. She quickly received an epidural and her water broke at 9:13 am. She started pushing at 9:57 am and three pushes later our little guy was here!

 Christmas | Rylie, Jaden, Graysin
For your first Christmas we celebrated with the Costanza Family on Christmas Eve at our home. On Christmas Day we went to Grandma Gayle and Papa's house. Santa stopped by just to see you!
2 Months Old | You weigh 11 pounds and 8 ounces. You are 22-3/4" long. | [Smile] | The best way to get you asleep is to pat your butt, really hard.
3 Months Old | You love to have a receiving blanket over your face when you sleep. | Look what I found!
 TUMMY TIME
4 Months | [Snuggle time with Daddy] | You constantly have your hands in your mouth...someone is going to be cutting teeth very soon! At your checkup with Dr. Baptist, you now weigh 13 pounds and 14 ounces and you're just under 25 inches long. | We took your first little trip to Wisconsin Dells this month with Uncle Danny, Auntie Megan, and Cousin Ryan. While there, Mommy and you both got colds. | Pulling Sissy's Hair...
What an exciting month for you! You've found your feet and just like your sister, you love to suck on them! You are rolling over and we started oatmeal this month! You are still feeding about every 3 hours and still not sleeping through the night. You love that 3 am feed! We also see a little white tooth about to pop through! For Easter this year we went on an Easter Egg hunt with Uncle Danny and his family and our neighbors. We also had our annual Easter Egg hunt at Grandma and Papa Nelson's house.
 5 Months
Every year Great Grandpa and Grandma Bagley drove to St. George to stay for the winter, and to get away from the cold Idaho snow! We all got together and celebrated Thanksgiving early, before they left on their trip. This year was at Ben and Holly's house. Graysin played with Deegan until he started beating him up! It was so funny. Graysin wasn't able to sit up by himself yet, but Deegan was. He would crawl on top of Graysin and try and grab you. That day, he would scream every time he saw Deegan, and would throw a fit trying to get away from him. Those two were the same size, and coincidentally wearing the same outfit that day! | October 23, 2010 3 Months Old
