1: Grant Samuel Rogers July 12, 2002 Born at 1:01 A.M. 6 pounds 11ozs 19 1/2 inches | You were in a hurry to get here and made your grand entry just twenty minutes after we arrived at the hospital. We were so excited that you waited for dad and everyone to unload the moving truck into our new house.
3: Your life started off a little scary with a three day visit to the NICU. We were blessed to have good medical staff taking care of you. Your recovery was a miracle we will forever be grateful for. | We couldn't get enough kisses | Proud Parents

6: Your brother's loved you the second they saw you. They couldn't wait to take you home with us.

9: Grant, You are a very special spirit. I could tell from the start that our Heavenly Father has a special mission for you. I learned to believe in miracles more after you were born. It is a miracle that you are still alive. It is a miracle that you can hear. I don't ever want you to forget how special you are. Every day I'm thankful for the miracle that you are.
11: One month and smiling already. How did we get so lucky?

14: 3 Months
16: 4 Months We let your hair grow longer than we did with your older brothers. Mom loved the little curls in your hair. We went shopping one day and a lady called you a pretty little girl even though you were wearing a football shirt. When we got home dad decided that it was time to cut your hair. When I look at the pictures I can't believe that I let it grow that long.

18: 5 Months and Handsome as ever | You are already so strong
19: One of your favorite things to do was play with Dallin | You were already determined to be big like your brothers. You were pulling up on everything now.
20: 6 Months You were almost unstoppable now. Standing and climbing on everything in sight was a fun game to play. | You were so adorable all cuddled up in your winter clothes.
21: 7 Months | This picture was taken on the road to Utah. Dad has just deployed to Kuwait. We decided to go live by Grandma and Grandpa Olsen while dad was away. You loved eating french fries and yogurt. It was a long drive so we stopped at McDonalds to let you and your brothers play.
22: 8 Months | We didn't get the best welcome to Utah. Right after we got there you were admitted in the hospital for RSV. The doctor that admitted you didn't accept our insurance and decided to care for you for free. He said it was his way of supporting the military.
23: 9 Months
24: 10 Months Mommies little helper. You were definitely on the move now. I couldn't keep you from climbing on everything in sight.
25: 11 Months This was a big month for learning new things. You learned how to drink out a of sippy cup, do summersaults, and brush your hair. It was so fun watching you discover new things.
27: One Year Old Already
28: Dad got home in time to celebrate your first birthday. We had it at a pool. It rained so we ended up eating cake in the women's locker room.

35: Age Four We had the best pirate party ever. Your invitations were treasure maps. It was so much fun watching you enjoy your special day.

48: You love animals. You have such a way with them. Nothing is too hard for you to catch. Here are just a few of the animals that you have caught in the last few years. I think you will grow up and make a living caring for animals.
