Even good events can cause depression like starting a new job, graduating, or getting married. Moving or losing a job can also be a factor. | The causes of Depression: | Struggles with your income, divorce, or even retiring. Conflict with family members and friends. It can also run in families, linked to genetics, the same way that skin, hair color, and size are linked to your parents. Not being able to obtain you goals and dreams. The lack of confidence in yourself: Personal trait or physical appearance.
2: Headaches can be worse if your always depressed. Back pain, muscle aches, joint pain, and chest pain can be a sign of serious heart problems. Digestive problems: You might have diarrhea or constipation. | How does Depression affect your health?
3: Fatigue or exhaustion, no matter how much you sleep, you would still fell tired. | Change in weight and often lost of appetite. It can affect your physical well-being.
