1: About Our Family | This book is to document the time from when we decided to try to get pregnant to the day of going into labor and welcoming Emily Deanne Tohill into the world on February 13, 2010
2: How We Found Out | When we decided to try and have you | April 16, 2009 Dear Little one, Today your daddy and I decided that we want to have another addition to our family. Mommy
3: How we came up with your name: Emily is your daddy and mommy's favorite girl name. Deanne is from your great grandpa Dean Meador. It is also your mommy's middle name. What your name means: It is Latin and means: Industrious, striving, admiring
4: Progress | Kristin Deanne Meador | Kristin Deanne Meador was born to Rick Stewart Meador and Susan Raye Meador on May 6, 1980. She grew up in Corvallis, Oregon until she was 22 then moved to Albany, OR. to work at Linn Benton Community College teaching little kids after college. In 2004 she wrote her first book "How to have a Wedding Without Spending a Dime". After getting her real estate license in 2005 she moved to Eugene, OR. to sell real estate. In 2007 she got her loan originators license. After working for real estate for a couple years she went to work at Goodwill Industries as a Job Developer and loved helping people. On October 10, 2008 she met Michael Tohill and fell in love. She still did real estate on the side and decided to get her principle brokers license on April 19, 2009 so she could have her own company some day and be a stay at home career women.
5: Michael Daniel Tohill | Michael Daniel Tohill was born July 3, 1979 to Lloyd C. Tohill and Donna M. Tohill in a hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. he lived in Virginia until the age of 5, when his parents decided to move to England. He lived in Croughton, England for a couple of years and eventually ended up moving to Cave Junction, OR. He finished school in Cave Junction and moved to Ashland, OR to go to school at Southern Oregon University. AFter some time there, he moved to Eugene to go to school at Lane Community College. Eventually he had a son, Jacob Daniel Tohill.
6: Mommy has always loved children and went to college at Oregon State University like Great Grandpa Dean and Grandpa Rick and got her BS in early childhood/elementary education to be a good mommy someday. She can wiggle her ears. Grandma Sue always called her "my little entranapurer" Great-Grandpa Dean always called her "Grumpy". She likes to sing to music all the time. She knows sign language | Special Thinks about Mommy
7: Special things about Daddy | He can play the guitar and loves to sing He can play the piano He has lived in England He used to play soccer, baseball and basketball when he was younger
8: When we found out you were coming | Mommy started feeling dizzy and so she took a test to see if she was pregnant. Mommy and daddy were so excited to find out that you were on the way! Mommy went to the dr. and they told her you would come around February 24, 2010.
9: Telling Family we were having a little one
10: August 7, 2009 Mommy heard your heart beat! | Today mommy had her first doctor's visit with Dr. Babcock. She made sure mommy was doing ok and even let her hear to your heart beat for the first time! Mommy was very excited to know you were ok and growing big and strong. Next time she goes to the see Dr. Babcock we will be able to see a picture of you for the first time!
11: You Kicked Us! | 9/20/2009 Daddy and Mommy went and have a yummy dinner with The Dominico family . You must have like it because when we got home daddy and I felt you kick for the first time. Daddy was so excited to feel you moving around and so strong he kept touching my tummy in case you did it again.

32: 12/22/2009 We went to get more pictures of you today and found that you already weigh 4 pounds 10 ounces are are getting bigger. We really want you to get here as soon as you can so we can hold you!

36: The day you started to drop and get ready! | On January 8, 2010 you started dropping. That means you will be here in a few weeks!
37: Almost there! | January 29, 2010 Today mommy went to see Dr. Babcock and she said mommy was 2.5 centimeters dilated and you would be here soon
38: Mommy and Daddy Being Silly, 2.5 weeks until your due date!
40: The Beagle Brothers Lando and Buddy
42: On February 12, 2010 after mommy worked a full day at work she started to have even more back pain. After a few hours at home we decided to go to the hospital to get checked. They found that mommy was 6 centimeters dilated and her contractions were 5 minutes apart! That means you were coming soon. They admitted her to the hospital and Daddy called Morgan, Kirsten and Grandma Sue to come... Around 1:00 in the morning mommy started pushing but your head wouldn't go come through mommy's pelvic bone so they had to take her to a different room to have a cesarean delivery done.. You were born at 5:22am on February 13, 2010. Daddy's first words were, "she is so pretty". | Dr Babcock's Office where mommy got checked for the last time on February 10th, 2010 | Note from Daddy I love you and Jake and your mommy more then anything. I promise to protect and love you all for as long as I live. You are my pride and joy and the answers to my prayers.
