1: Ingredients 6 dried arbol peppers 1 clove garlic 3/4 cups of water 1 teaspoon of water 1 cup of vegatable oil for frying 18(6inches) of corn tortillas 3 cups of queso freso 1/2 green chopped onions
3: Directions 1. Snap the tops of the chiles, and place in a saucepan with enought water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minurtes.Drain the water,and place chiles into a food processor or blender with the garlic and salt. Puree until smooth. Press sauce thru a stainer, and set aside.
5: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Soak each tortilla in the sauce, then place in the hot oil
