1: This Cookbook is inspired by all of the talented cooks in the family.
2: 1 cup uncooked, quick oats 2 ripe bananas 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup walnuts 2 tsp vinegar small apple 1 cup flour 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cloves Mix milk with vinegar and let stand 3 minutes. Mix with oats. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Puree bananas, finely chop apple and walnuts. In another bowel combine bananas, walnuts, apple, egg, brown sugar and oil, blend together, add dry ingredients and oats. Be careful not to stir too much. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
