1: This Cookbook is inspired by all of the talented cooks in the family.

2: Carley Waggoner | Scrambled Eggs | Ingredients Needed: 2-3 eggs, 1 tsp.milk, butter. In bowl crack and beat eggs with 1 tsp. milk. on medium high, place 1 tsp. butter in skillet and let melt, add egg mixture and with spatula stir eggs unitl light and fluffy. | med. high | 5 min | 1-2

5: Breakfast Smoothie | Prep Time: 10 mins Serves: 2 | What You Will Need: A blender 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup plain yogurt 2 eggs 2 bananas, sliced & frozen | Pour the orange juice & yogurt into blender & process gently until combined. Add the eggs & frozen bananas & process until smooth. Pour the mixture and serve.

6: Carley Waggoner | Brocolli Cheese Soup | Ingredients Needed: 16 oz, frozen brocolli florets 1 pint half and half 2 jars of cheez whiz 1 can cream of celery soup | low | 4-6 hrs | 6

7: Crock Pot Brocolli Cheese Soup In crock pot combine cheezwhiz, cream of celery soup, half and half and brocolli florets. Stir. Turn crock pot on low and let simmer 4-6 hours, stiring occasionally.

8: Lemonade | Ingredients Needed: 1 3/4 cups white sugar 8 cups water 1 1/2 cups lemon juice Directions In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.

10: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Directions: Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil on medium high. Add spagetti noodles to the boiling water and boil 11 min. Brown hamburger meat in skillet unitl done and drain. Add 1 jar of spagetti sauce to the meat mixing well. Drain noodles well. Plate noodles and top with meat sauce.

11: "When baking, follow directions. When cooking, go by your own taste." ~Laiko Bahrs | Grilled Cheese Heat skillet to medium heat Butter two slices of bread on outter side. Place cheese in middle of bread slices. Place on skillet cooking both sides until golden brown.

13: "Get RIPPED": After-Work Out Snack You wil need: (1) Gala Apple, or any apple you prefer. (2) cups of vanilla yogurt (1) Tablespoon of chocolate whey protein Dump yogurt into bowl, mix tablespoon of whey protein into yogurt until powder is absorbed by yogurt. Slice apple into 5-7 pieces, or chop. Put apple pieces into yogurt/whey mix and eat. Most effective if ate within 20 minutes after workout.

14: "Make yourself a dang quesadilla!" What you'll need: (2) Flour tortilla wraps (1) Chicken Breast or Beef cut in slivers (1) cup of 4-cheese mexican blend Optional: chopped peppers, jalapeno slices, onions. How: -Slice meat into long, thin 3-inch slices. Cook on medium in non-stick skillet until almost all pink is gone from center. (total cook time: approx 10mins) -While meat is cooking, take tortillas and lay flat. Sprinkle one tortilla with cup of cheese, making sure to cover evenly and generously. -Add chopped peppers, jalapenos, onions or anything you have decided to put in your quesadilla and spread evenly on top of cheese covered tortilla.

15: - When meat is almost done, place meat in bowl and set aside momentarily. -In same pan used for meat take cheese covered tortilla and place in pan. -Take meat from bowl and put on top of cheese, sprinkle more cheese on meat to create adhesive for second flour tortilla. -Place second flour tortilla on meat/cheese and press firmly with spatula on low/medium heat. -Once cheese on bottom has melted, carefully flip the tortilla and cook for approx 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

16: Hotdogs | Hard Boiled Eggs

17: How to Boil | How to Boil an Egg Place Eggs in medium sized pot, cover with water. On medium high heat boil for 15 minutes. Run eggs under cool water and crack and peel. How to boil a Hotdog Place hotdog in medium sized pan cover with water, on medium high heat boil hotdog for about 10 minutes, * Serve Hotdogs on bun with fixings of your choice.

19: A Man's Salad Wedge | When you want salad fast and cheap. | Buy a head of Iceberg lettuce. | Cut into fourths and wash | thoroughly. | Ingrediets: Iceberg Lettuce, etc | (dressing, shredded cheese, bacon | bits, tomatoes) | It's refreshing and fast, just | don't cut yourself.

20: Ingredients: 1 (6ou) can of tuna, 3 boiled eggs chopped, 1 tbsp. dill relish, 2 tablespoons of mayonaise, salt and pepper In medium bowl combine Tuna, eggs, mayonaise. dill relish and salt and pepper to taste. Put on bread and serve with chips and a pickle. | Tuna Sandwiches

21: Famous Queso Dip | Mom and Dad | Cheese Dip | ingredients: (1) 16 ounce velvetta cheese, 1 rotel. dirwctions: cut velvetta in cubes and add to crock pot, stir in rotel and cook on low for 2-4 hours. | low | 2-4...... | 24

23: "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." ~George Bernard Shaw | Bacon Lover | Caramelized Bacon | Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 pound sliced bacon | 375 | 10 mins | 6 | Directions: | In a shallow bowl, mix brown sugar and | cinnamon. Dip bacon slices in the brown sugar | to coat, and arrange in a single layer on a | baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes in the preheated | oven, turning once, until dark golden brown. | Allow to cool slightly before serving.

25: Easy Baked Chicken Dinner | Ingredeints: 4 Chicken Breasts 2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 can Milk Salt and Pepper Directions: Wash Chicken and Place in Casserole Dish. Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken in casserole dish. Add salt, pepper to taste and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

26: Buffalo Chicken Dip | Ingredients: (2) pkgs. softened cream cheese, 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce, 3/4-1 cup Ranch Dressing, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, (2) 12 ounce cans chunk chicken. In Large Bowl mix well cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Drain chicken and shred with fork, add chicken to cheese mixture. Place in baking pan and bake on 350 degress for 20-30 minutes, Serve with Tortilla Chips or Veggies.

27: Crock Pot Sloppy Joes | Ingredients: 1lb. ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 3/4 cup ketchup, 3 tsp. brown sugar, Directions: Brown Beef, onion and bell pepper in skillet on medium high heat. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients in crock pot, let simmer 4-6 hours on low.

29: Ingredients: Butter, wheat bread, American | Grilled Cheese Sandwiches | cheese, non-stick frying pan. | Step 2 Butter on one side of each slice | of bread. | Step 3 Put one slice, butter side down in | Step 1 Warm pan to Medium-Low | on bread. | Step 4 Add whatever you like (ham, | bacon, a tomatoe slice, etc) | Step 5 Cover it with the other slice of | cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook until | golden brown. | pan & put 2 slices of American Cheese | bread with the buttered side up. Cover & | Add tomatoe soup for a full meal

30: Pigs in a Blanket | Oven Temp: 375 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12-15 mins | What You'll Need: Cookie sheet, 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 8 hot dogs | Separate dough into triangles. Wrap dough triangle around each hot dog. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, | Substitution: If using Pillsbury® Big & Flaky large refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, use large hot dogs and bake at 350F. for 16 to 20 minutes.

33: Rice Krispie Treats | Ingredients: 6 cups of Rice Krispies 1 package of regular marshmallows 3 tbs. butter or margerine 1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. 2. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated. 3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.

35: Hershey Kisses & Pretzels | Ingredients: Bag of Hersey Kisses (any kind) Bag of small pretzels (higher quality will taste better), M&M's if you want. Directions: Place a Hershey Kiss on a small Pretzel. Fill cookie sheet with Hersey Kisses on top of pretzels. Remove from oven and squish M&M's on top and let it cool down. Oven Temperature: 400 degrees Time: 10 minutes **Using different kinds of Kisses or Hugs will make it look fancier**
